Guys, are your 3.0.13 wallets working properly?

I'm under the impression that lately the feature to collect the dust when minting is broken.

For those unfamiliar with the feature, it would allow for any block under 200 DMD to collect the available dust when minting.

Now it seams some of my blocks under 200 DMD have minted without collecting any of the dust I have in that address.

I admit I haven't been paying a lot of attention to the community lately... 

Did I miss something or am I just mistaken?

dust must be on same address and it must be a small blockfinder who then merge with the dust if big inputs mit they dont merge
basically just leave wallet running sooner or later dust if on same address will merge
