The network weight is not heavy enough to create the pos blocks, there are not enough coins eligible for staking (as halofire kinda mentioned already).
The network weight can/should correct itself as more coins become eligible for stake, if the transition will not move as expected it'll be fixed.

This might ease some of your minds Smiley (from dev)

If anything goes wrong and their is not enough network weight I can patch it and release a client within an hour. Just have to wait to see the transition.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

How we can get 350 confirms if daemon not accept blocks after 10000?

After block 10000, PoS blocks are supposed to replace PoW blocks. PoS doesn't seems to be working, so no new blocks are being generated ATM

Thats because there arent any coins eligible for staking yet except dev's premine

I don't think that's the case. As shown in the OP, the first day for PoW mining was 04/27. I also have coins from 04/28 that now have 15 days of stake age and should be staking. The wallet won't even sync for me so something definitely appears to be wrong. A possible fork? Without the wallet syncing you won't be able to stake any coins.
Remove all from wallet folder except wallet.dat (make it's backup) start daemon again.
You can try add nodes to OrangeCoin.conf

addnode=78.247.182.25
addnode=76.175.31.202

PoS blocks are not being generated yet.  You can see here that block 10,000 was the last block:

http://cryptoblox.com/chain/OrangeCoin

When PoS blocks generate you will see it there, blocks 10,001 etc...

I just checked my wallet, it is the newest version and it says out of synced and I have the addnodes with 8 connections to the network. I was synced a few hours ago.

I deleted all the app data stuff but my config and wallet.dat and it is syncing now.

I saw all the blocks download from the blockchain but the wallet still says out of sync.

I am using these:

addnode=78.247.182.25
addnode=76.175.31.202
addnode=54.83.44.74
addnode=209.159.150.74

the out of sync might just be a glitch until it starts moving again. Same problem here though after restarting computer.

do people have stake yet?
What are the requirements for a PoS block to be formed? Does there need to be a certain amount of connections, or certain amount of data to be built into blocks, or transactions etc?

someone tried to make transaction?
