16 unresolved complaints to the AG's office.
Multiple refunds promised but not delivered.
Multiple non delivery of orders.
Multiple DOA boards.
Multiple shill accounts buttering up the company.
Legitimate questioning posts being deleted.
Blatant scamming of foreign buyers because they're in legal limbo outside the US.
Every possible red flag that can be raised is has been raised.
They are doing 'just enough' to keep the scam going.
They've owed me money since last December.

Active Mining [AMC]He has taken literally millions of dollars in investment
In the same vain as VMC he is screwing over the investors. He will not give them proof of ownership of the shares and will not allow them to sell their investment claiming they are being investigated my the Missouri Securities division and thus can't release the shares.
He won't provide proof of this investigation. He won't provide a federally mandated financial report for the IRS. (30 days late) He won't provide proof of Mtgox money having been swallowed up there. Again, Red Flags.
He gives weekly updates and every piece of information that comes out of his mouth is either
1) a lie
2) false promise
3) BS
4) skirting of the truth
5) all of the above
