I got to admit allcrypt is the fastest exchange I tried so far. Especially when it come to withdrawing BTC, usually it was almost instant withdrawal. At first, I really dislike the UI but who care? It's functionnal and the priority order really worth the extra %. I would go back there anytime if possible.

Damn I wish people would use AllCrypt more, it's so much nicer to trade on than Bittrex. For all it's fanciness the UI on Bittrex is really slow and clunky, and it sucks not being able to set priority orders.  Sad
AllCrypt has barely any volume though, there are very few buy orders compared to Bittrex.

I know, that's what I'm saying, it deserves to have more volume. I would much rather use it than Bittrex.

AllCrypt has more coins than a Roman Fountain.  Thats the problem.  Too many different coins.  Also, they dont have the auto-sell auto-buy feature ala Cryptsy.

I use Allcrypt, but dont like it.

So having TOO many coins is a problem HOW?

If you don't want to trade a coin, you just don't trade a coin. There's no requirement.

Too many on the screen and on the menus? Use the 'hide inactive coins' feature.  Still seeing crap you don't want to see? Hide all but the ones you want to.

Autosell? We HAVE autosell.

It's amazing, I'd say about 90% of the features people email us asking for, or complain on forums we don't have (without ever contacting us to ask for it) we actually DO have. The features aren't hidden either. And if you can't find something you think SHOULD be there - we have a FAQ that actually has all that information in it.

As to keb's comment about the priority orders - about time someone noticed how powerful that is. What? You don't know what that is?

Long version: https://allcrypt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201039940-What-is-a-Priority-Order-

Short version: JPC is trading at a high volume - and you want to buy before the price goes up (or sell before the price goes down), but want to do it now, not after the 3.7 BTC in trades stacked up on it go through. Use a priority order. You cut in front of the line. Your trade happens BEFORE the others do. Sure, you could just list at a lower price to 'go first' but then how much BTC are you losing? Or maybe it's sitting at a 33 sat buy and a 34 sat sell. Sure, 1 satoshi isnt the end of the world, but if you're selling off a 21 million JPC jackpot you just got, thats .21 BTC, about $100.

Anyway, we HAVE the features that most people want and other sites dont have. Just no one stays around long enough to USE them.

Weeks ago we had a few 50+ BTC volume days with JPC. We can obviously handle the volume.

Then it dropped to nothing. Because bittrex listed it. NOT because bittrex is BETTER, but because, bittrex listed it.

Over 70 million JPC was withdrawn from AllCrypt last night when the price at bittrex started going up.

AllCrypt has no volume because you guys use the other sites, usually for a reason no better than "its better", and if asked why, there's no real answer.

We're faster, we have more features, we have more OPTIONS, we pay attention to user needs, we are active in the coin's forums, we have support that responds (although sometimes rudely if it's me at the keyboard and the requestor is a moron Wink quickly, we have more security features than any other site (that, I might add, a shockingly few number of you actually use) - yet - we're losing to bittrex

Why? Because our site is ugly? I don't buy that. Craigslist is the most bare bones website out there and is THE #1 classifieds site on the net.

We're losing because bittrex and mintpal are bittrex and mintpal. They got there first. Not because they are better.

Our new coin shorting, margin trading, and liquidity investment (with hourly interest payments), as well as a de-uglification of the site is, hopefully, rolling out soon. A wallet server memory failure set us back a week cleaning up the mess.

Not that I think offering features that kick the shit out of every other exchange out there will matter. So far, it hasn't seemed to.

This isn't a whine or a rant - it's more of me trying to figure out just why the heck the better, more involved, more responsive site is losing to the guys who could care less.

Mintpal? Really? I saw earlier in the thread (I read this daily) that the donation wallet was up to 9 BTC. NINE BITCOIN. Over FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Just to LIST JPC.

We listed JPC FIRST. And didn't ask for a penny.

But, just keep paying Mintpal. Do you really think those votes arent played with? Do you honesty think that Mintpal doesnt see BTC donations come in, and oh no... you just missed it... keep voting, keep donating, maybe next time...

When THEY control when a coin is added, but then say "Pay us money, and more money, and more money" to get it on... and still it waits... Do you HONESTLY think that's NOT fishy? You're paying for votes because they are making more money on votes than they are on JPC volume. If JPC traded at 100 BTC a day on there, it'd take them 45 days of solid 100 BTC a day volume to equal the 9 BTC you guys have paid them. They are making more money off you guys WANTING to get it listed than they would if they DID list it. Your BTC donations are INCENTIVE to NOT list the coin. I'd never list the coin either - until it became more profitable TO list it.

Nevermind the BTC fight between JPC and ZEIT fighting for that top spot. Ka-ching!

Hmm. List JPC and stop the money train... or let them keep paying. For nothing. Paying for the chance to do, on mintpal, what you're already doing on bittrex, or could be doing on AllCrypt, and WERE DOING, WEEKS AGO, for free.

That seems ok?

But, when JPC finally gets on there, the rest of the JPC on deposit at AllCrypt will be withdrawn to be moved to MintPal, because, hey, it has higher volume.

Except if you CHOSE to trade on AllCrypt, we WOULD have the volume.

Other than 'the site is ugly' and 'low volume' I havent heard a single good reason why bittrex and mintpal are better. We have low volume because ya'll decided to make sure we have low volume.

Don't go bitching about something you guys did Wink I cant make anyone trade on AllCrypt.

Sorry for that wall of text. The site, and cryptocurrency, is something I am personally deeply passionate about. I didn't build AllCrypt.com to make money. I built it because the other sites sucked hard in one way or another (or 10), and I knew I could do it better.

We have the speed, features, security and responsiveness that I believe rivals all the other sites.

We're just missing you guys. Question is - how to convince ya'll of that.

Thank you for your words. It's good to see the exchange participating in a community, because it shows that the exchange gives attention to it's users.

I have never had any problems with AllCrypt (actually the only exchange I had many issues already was with poloniex, but everything was solved after all).

It is very convenient to have the cryptos I want to deal availabe, and not being necessary to send balance from an exchange to another just because I want trade a crypto that is not offered.

I wish AllCrypt success. And I also wish JPC success.

AllCrypt charges .00051 BTC to withdraw

Can someone please explain to me how a withdrawal fee that costs 29 cents, the cost of a cigarette that some of you smoke 10-20 of a day, a 20th of a Starbucks drink, and a 12th of a gallon of gas has caused so many headaches?

Guys - seriously - first of all - the blockchain charges fees. While some of you may like to believe it's a flat .0001 - its not. Its based on the transaction size. Our withdrawal fees are calculated DYNAMICALLY. Every 15 minutes the system averages out the last few days of withdrawal fees for a coin, adds a small percentage to cover losses (when we're charging .0003 and we have to pay .0005) and, yes, I know it's shocking, a fraction of a penny in profit. I know nowadays profit is a horrible evil word. Sorrynotsorry. Every single one of you whos waiting for JPC to rise is value isnt rooting for that for the 'sake of crypto' - it's so your JPC is worth more. I'm digressing.

We also add a .00015 miner fee to each transaction. Why? It prioritizes our withdrawals. It helps ensure that your withdraw, which, often, you want NOW and not in 40 minutes (sidelong glance at cryptsy), actually gets there, and gets there as fast as possible.

Yes, we charge 18 pennies more than Bittrex and Mintpal to withdraw your Bitcoin, so that we can get your coins to you faster.

Oh, right... and we don't charge you over FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to list your coin! You're bitching about 18 cents when people have paid FIVE. THOUSAND. DOLLARS. to have JPC listed on Mintpal and... wait for it... it's still not there!

My god... epiphany... *I* am the asshole.

On an unrelated note, I will not be available for the next 3 weeks as I vacation on a tropical island with a drink in my hand. This month we processed over 60,000* BTC withdrawals and I'm personally using that 18 cents we made on those 60,000 withdrawals to live it up in paradise. Cya suckers!

Oh, wait. Nope, not reality. Didn't actually get rich on that.

* Full transparency: We actually processed 1408 BTC withdrawals in the last 30 days. We paid a total of .21345 BTC in transaction fees, plus the added miners fee of .2112 for a total of .42465 BTC paid to miners in transaction fees. Assuming a high of .00051 BTC per withdrawal over the period, we took in .718 BTC in withdrawal fees. Thats a net 'profit' of .29343 BTC in withdrawal fees - ripping you suckers off for .000209 BTC each - 12 pennies for each withdrawal. Muhahaahaha!

Ahem. Sorry. Lost control for a moment. We swindled $169, which we'll use to pay a small fraction of the electric bill this month. Maybe one day we'll make it to the cayman islands.

Side note: Our fees are less than Bittrex (cant quote mintpal, dont know off the top of my head). Deposit enough JPC to sell for .4 bitcoin, then withdraw that .4 bitcoin with our outrageous "bend-over-and-take-it-haha" (TM) fee, and between trade fees plus our ripoff withdrawal fee, we're cheaper than bittrex.

Big picture people. I think thats why we have no volume. No one looks at the big picture.

I agree 100%, ESPECIALLY on the paid voting. People really, STOP. Just buy JPC instead. It supports the coin much more than paying for votes on one exchange.

I for one wish we'd all move back to allcrypt, and I hope the new features and design can convince the rest.

Allcrypt has a buy order nearly matching bittrex now, too bad the price is still undervalued for my tastes

Do you guys find one pool better than the other or does it just all even out in the end?

I'd say, mine on every pool a day or two and decide what you like more, and where you get the most profit  Smiley

AllCrypt charges .00051 BTC to withdraw

i have repeatedly suggested to these exchange guys to change to a percentage instead of a flat fee to deaf ears..
no offense to them all but they ignore suggestions with unanimous approval and work on adding stuff the public doesn't even want.
want popularity ? give the people what they are are pleading for Wink
and Allcrypt if you were the ONLY guy doing a percentage BTC fee just imagine how many guys could brag about you being better in that respect..

and i figure the UI is not bad and it's worth saying why rather than being vague.
the turn off sometimes i think is not seeing links obviously clickable like on the main Markets page.
what ever though, it might be a bit rough around the edges but they take care of the most important thing unlike others..
which is..
Keeping a strong level of communication with your clients. There is not a damn thing even close to as important as that hands down.
People are fairly forgiving if you just talk to them when issues arise eventually.
The worse exchange in all of crypto for this is Cryptsy i think.. they will cop an attitude with you.
I've had one of do that to me before and i was stunned because what the guy should have said is..
Yes your right and SORRY for the inconvenience and we will try and do better in the future instead of getting lippy with me about MY MONEY..
So i can tell Allcrypt gives the respect to it's users other exchanges don't even come close to giving.
But i have to wonder is this just a power thing ?
Like will XYZ exchange start acting like dicks too once they get popular enough ?

ya a bit off topic but this seems to be the Allcrypt discussion topic here..

What we should be talking about is when JPC dev going to add an Anon gimmick and tack on more algo's ?
i think he need to have x16 (16 useless algo's) 1 more than X15 coins getting all popular now lol
..sarcasm about more dumb crypto trends lately lol

bottom line is this coin has been pumped and dumped.. it's what the vast majority do.
the biggest supporters on this topic have moved their miners to other coin long ago..
i know i seen a 20x the comments from certain guys here i won't name names on another gimmick clone coin last night
so don't expect much.. if you follow the history of this coin it's pretty obvious who was involved and what happened.
And that amounts to people setting up the pins and knocking them down and walking leaving the gullible idiot bag holders trying to support this dead coin.
get used to it nothing is ever gonna change..

edit:
And where the hell is my Snickers ? i am still waiting..
Or am i the only one not allowed to spam this topic ? (post frequently)
seems to me other guys can spam this topic or leave multiple wall's of text and they don't get any snotty retorts lol
