I want to help to promote the idea of leased forging pools by leasing my 50M stake to a pool with conditions:

a) leasing period - 30*800=24000 - approximately 1 month;
b) my stake will forge for free - all collected fees must be proportionaly distributed between pool members except me;
c) pool must have transparent accounting system - any participant can see in realtime (may be with some delay of 10 or so blocks) his forging progress;
d) TF implemented and run.

EDIT: by advice of Come-from-Beyond I added fourth condition to avoid doublespending attack.

good idea,create a test asset and give all them out to as more ppl as possible.

Give away a bunch of useless junk as a promotion? How is that a good idea?

Is anyone else having trouble withdrawing from Cryptsy? My withdrawal has been stuck for more than two days. They replied to one of my tickets and simply said that they are having trouble with Nxt withdrawals, but are working on it. Does anyone here have any more information?

The matter is that upon transition to the address http://www.nxtcommunity.org/nxt-cryptocurrency/get-started-nxt there is a client but when you download it, it isn't started. This client only at the advanced part of Nxt is started, simple people download this client, it at them isn't started, and they pass by Nxt. With it as I consider, and there was a recession in turns.

What do I offer, how the decision?

What is the fee for leasing your NXT to another account for forging? Also, what is the maximum time span for the lease, or can you make it perpetual?

Fee is 1Nxt and the longest lease is 32767 blocks

Thanks! Wow, 1 NXT is a bit expensive for a guy with a small stake. I hope that comes down after fractional NXT comes in.

Also, what is the situation with chinese exchanges like bter? Are they at risk of closing soon due to problems with chinese regulations. Did those rumours  about warnings from the BOC to chinese banks dealing with crypto exchanges, did they come to pass? I can't find a reliable answer one way or the other. Is dgex the better option at the moment?

Welcome to the forum and to this thread, CryptoSporidium. Some have worried about Bter running into the kind of trouble you mention. My take is that most of the rumors in China have been about exchanges dealing in fiat-to-crypto transactions, and since Bter doesn't trade fiat it shouldn't be affected. Still, new regulations (or rumors of regulations) could emerge at any time. There's always risk in the crytpo world! I've been using Bter to buy my Nxt for awhile, and haven't had any problems with them. If you'd rather not use a Chinese exchange, Cryptsy is another decent option. Withdrawals tend to take about 24-48 hours with them (vs. usually less than an hour with Bter), but they eventually go through.

Bter have / had CNY trading, so they were trading in fiat.

Nxt has been added to the "fast instamines review" and has been branded as a bad investment as the author only bases his/her decision on the first 3 seconds of Nxt's distibution.

They know the price of everything and the value of nothing.
