Someone was bidding after the auction was closed, so what? Why would anyone should take their opinion into consideration? Of course they want stakes, but they were bidding AFTER is was over.

And it's not an IPO when a couple of hundreds investors would just receive a slightly less amount of money because a couple of people invested a bit later. It's an auction for god's sake. There are just few people. Everyone should obey the rules. Otherwise all of it just doesn't make any sense.

I don't understand why this even is being discussed.

Auction closed at 22:55:00, the last bid was made at 22:54:59.

Period.

100% agree. Bids after closing (22:55:00) are not valid.

It's not like I have a stake in this, but here is my opinion:
Honor the original deadline, and winners. They should get their stakes.
And those who won lots after deadline, but not before, offer them a chance to buy a lot at the price they bid and won.
win-win.

I don't agree in abandoning my stake. I genuinely was using the provided countdown as instructed
Furthermore the disputers bided aswell in extra time, if they had won, they would be singing a different tune

I don't understand what are all that debates about. It's like school girls bought the same dresses and arguing who should wear different dress for a party. There are grown men here took part in the auction with certain rules. One can't just say fuck the rules. Especially orginizers. They lose trust everytime they do something because they set rules and then just decide not following them.

You know that argument works both ways, right? You don't agree because it's not in your interest. If it would be you would agree. (You can deny this, but so is anyone who is on the opposite side. You can't prove motive.)

This is pointless. Lets make a decision that is the best for the most amount of people, and move on.

It's not win-win. In this case I also want to buy 15 stakes for 2 Btc or what the biggest bid was.

We shouldn't encourage those cheaters in any way. Someone said that he was bidding after time because he saw others did so.

Fine, honor the original deadline then.

I won't  abandon my stakes.

Someone accused of the community and other ppl just because he bid at a lower price and lost stakes.

We should work together as a team and find the solution to the chaos instead of acting like small kids.

We could do a poll and lets c what the community thinks. No offense to anyone Smiley

I respectfully (he-he) disagree. Such things should be resolved by devs and according to stated rules. Otherwise we'll get anarchy and have to make a poll on every matter.

I don;t think that a poll will be fair way of settling this

These are the reasons why

  • The winners have already been announced
  • The winners are contributing the most funds to the development of this project
  • The winners abided to the terms of the auction which pointed towards a countdown timer as an indicator of the auction ending
  • The winners quite simply havn't been rude, and calling everyone who abided to the auction terms as 'thieves and cheats'
  • The losers bid on the stakes after the argued deadline

Thats my case,

If thats the case, the dev should go ahead with the project and start distributing the coins.

And? It obviously was a mistake.
The winners are contributing the most funds to the development of this project
I'm ready to pay 3 BTC for 15 stake lot.
The winners abided to the terms of the auction which pointed towards a countdown timer as an indicator of the auction ending
What? There was time limit: 22:55:00. According to countdown on my laptop I can still bid. Should devs accept my bid?
The winners quite simply havn't been rude, and calling everyone who abided to the auction terms as 'theives and scammers'
Not relevant.
The losers bid on the stakes after the argued deadline
Not relevant. Only bids within time limits should be considered.

@ Auction Participants!

This is how we will handle the created situation!

To settle the conflict of interest, there will be one integrate lists! Formed from:
1) THE IN TIME WINNERS aka THose who bid in time!(till 22:55)
2) THE OVER TIME WINNERS aka Those who bid overtime! (after 22:55)

Basically we will take this to lists and merge them together, removing the intersections!

EXP:

DynhoSts Winning Bid is 0.611! he will be added to the list!

A full list will be announced later!

This way we will satisfy all parties that participated in auction!
