I have sent some NAUT coins from Cryptsy to drachmae.exchange succesfully. It is says Nautilus-L, is that the new NautilusNXT?

And how safe is that exchange? Is Brian behind it? Cause I dont want to get scammed by sending al my coins to that exchange and than somebody dissapears with all my coins.

Nautilus-L is the OLD Naut, if you send your old NAUT coins there they will automatically be swapped for NXT Naut.

Drachmae is owned by Coinstructors who partnered with Brian so you should feel safe.

Thanks but when will they be swapped for NXT Naut because it says Nautilus-L on drachmae.exchange?

Could someone answer this question please? Thx

If you are depositing old Naut to Drachmae the swap is automated.

I have swapped old Nauts to Drachmae. But is says Nautilus-L on Drachmae which is the OLD Naut. So that means that the swap has not taken place right?

Moreover I transferred 1 NAUT from Drachmae to Bittrex to check if the swap has worked a few days ago and unfortunately it hasn't arrived on my account on Bittrex.

According to the redemption page  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1182317.msg12936958#msg12936958

"Once your old NAUT (Naut-L, for Legacy) is on Drachmae, you are good. Any withdrawal will then be as the new Naut-X."

As for why it hasn't arrived in rex, that I don't know, I haven't used Drachmae and not sure if the withdrawals are manual or automated.

One thought, that should be checked with Drachmae....did you include the correct Bittrex message with your Naut-X transfer out of Drachmae ?

Ignore my above. I had assumed that the Drachmae exchange was already carrying out the swap, but this is not the case.

Here's a quick update on a few elements of the Nautilus/Drachmae project :

Redemption period:
As originally announced 13th November 00:00 GMT was intended to be the the cut off point for redemption of the old
Nautilus Proof of Work currency, but considering the situation with Cryptsy withdrawals it has been  decided to keep it open
for a few extra days, to allow people some extra time to get their Nautilus out.

Drachmae project:
For clarification: the Drachmae brand was created and set up by Lee Grant and Nick Grove for Coinstructors, but the
exchange was funded for Nautilus coin by Brian Kelly. The Drachmae exchange platform itself is not owned by
Coinstructors.
Drachmae itself ran a proof of concept (POC) user case that was deployed on Agistri to further understand how adoption
and user experience with crypto currency would work in the real world, this was also set-up and managed by Coinstructors.

Drachmae exchange:
At this moment, there are delays with getting the legal requirements for the Drachmae exchange organised, therefore
currency trading on the exchange has been disabled until further notice.
For the time being Drachmae exchange will continue to be used as a simple online storage/wallet for Nautilus for those
who wish to store and redeem their Nautilus coin there.
Next week will see the start of the swap on Drachmae exchange, transferring the old 'Nautilus-L' coin to the new Nxt-based 'Nautilus-X' currency.
This will be done automatically on the exchange from the 18th November onwards.

Hope this clarifies the situation......

There seems to a problem withdrawing coins at Cryptsy. I cannot withdraw more than 500 NAUT's a day on Cryptsy. Because I have a lot of NAUT's over there it will be a few weeks before I have withdrawn everything. I have already emailed Cryptsy. So far no reply. I try to send everythings as quickly as I can to drachmae.exhange.

How long do I still have because I dont want to lose my coins?  Embarrassed

You only have a few days.  Try buying a different alt then transfer and rebuy on Bittrex.  I heard doge is transferring out quickly but try with a smaller amount first.  If cryptsy drops the price on NAUT again then you're probably better off just holding and hoping they're gonna update to the new NAUT.  That's what I chose to do.

Cryptsy....bloody hell. It's a headache for everyone with funds on there right now.
I've got a BTC of assorted crap on there that I'd like to get out, but I just don't have the time to piss around making a zillion withdrawals. Grr... Angry

Anyway: back to NAUT. My redemption/swap program closed on the 8th:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1182317.0

The Drachmae exchange:
https://www.drachmae.exchange/
has already extended their deadline for redemption by a week, until the 18th.
Maybe they could allow another week or 2 there, but the swap has to end sometime.

People have had 2 months.  Let's end it on the 18th cause there will always be another guy who didn't do a simple transfer.  Cryptsy is holding plenty of NAUT, they'll convert.  Why give them more time to manipulate the price.  Kill the swap on the 18th and let's move on.  Cryptsy will follow quickly - they're a clever bunch.

A friend of mine who knows nothing about crypto (so it's not "a simple swap" from his perspective) who I gave some NAUT to several months ago is trying to get his swapped as we speak, so hopefully he'll be able to figure out the process. He lives thousands of miles from me so I can't just go over to his place and help him, unfortunately.

As for Cryptsy don't give them too much credit. Check their status page and count how many wallets are offline/in maintenance - most have been down for months and months with usually no fewer than 28-30 nonfunctional wallets.

Took them the better part of a year to just update the name of Coinmarketscoin to Jumbucks for example, and they still haven't actually updated to the version of Jumbucks issued close to a year ago and the market is "in maintenance" like the rest.

I've been avoiding Cryptsy for a long time over these kinds of issues after having funds get stuck there for months.

I've also dealt with other weird things like withdrawing funds, having their system glitch and send me the same size transaction twice, and then not being able to deposit the extra funds their broken system sent me because the wallet is suddenly offline again.  This left me with a negative balance and I had to deposit Bitcoin and lose money by buying more of the same coin than I wanted to fix the balance their broken site caused!

So maybe they'll update the NAUT wallet, but don't count on it. I hope people are able to get their funds somehow.

Of course this would happen to me .. I was away for a month and I am staring at a dealine 2 days from now.
My account at Darchmae is WAITING for validation ... Anyone know how long it would take for them to send me the validation email ?

And my client is out of sync and is at Jul 13th ... fuck me
Any bright ideas ?

Also is there a working block explorer for the old NAUT. So that I can check if I am on the correct client & blockchain.
Can someone help ?

Update: My client is fully synched (hopefully on the correct chain). Still waiting for the exchange verification email. (spamming F5)

As benjamoyne said above: panic not.

I'll check with the Drachmae guys:
https://www.drachmae.exchange/
and see if they can kick any pending confirmations out a bit faster.
