Argentina missed so many chances, they can't blame other to loss.
So did Germany. However just compare game stats - Germany were better, they deserved the win. Dominating since group plays, excellent team, and I'm really glad they didn't retire Klose after his record, but let him play in the finals. Wanted to see him score the winning goal though, would've been the perfect ending. |

Brazil has real change of don't be in the 2018 World Cup. Seems there is real chance for their coach keep his place on team, and there are 5 spots and many selections with good teams:
Argentina
Chile
Uruguay
Colombia
Ecuador
and others teams aren't bad either

It's never to early but perhaps a general soccer thread would be a nice addition. Agree on this some1 open this tread. Germany won ass expected. Some times failed some team pass on reff help, but this is WC. They that most disappoint me was Spain. Columbia was the team that i like to watch but fell sorry that they didnt pass Brazil. Honestly dont know how Argentina come to final when they play grampas football but they again relay on Messi while Germany have whole team in this final. |

It was a good game, but the ending was kind of anti-climatic for me. I was already looking forward to a shootout to decide the world champion. Theres nothing better than the high pressure finishes on a worlds biggest stage!

Germany deserved to win but the game was so boring. Didn't feel like a World Cup Final at all. Did Argentina even have a shot on target in 90 minutes? Messi didn't deserve the player of the tournament either. I expected more from him.
