With half the coins listed being instamine scams yes goldcoin would fit right in.

Anyone who honestly believes that Goldcoin is a scam is either a.) uneducated in the recent history of the currency , or b.)  has a full-blown conspiracy theory complex.

bitcoin:  nothing to be said. this is the coin to have.

litecoin:  there's some interest here. if people are creating/inventing 'scrypt asics' for this, then this could well  be the next coin where another economy and industry could be built around on.

dogecoin:  community power!  such big!  not underestimate!

I've seen that and it's an incomplete analysis to say the least. Read the comments in the relevant thread to understand why.

I choose Btc /Ltc well its obvious why and Quark because they managed to get Crypto involved in the top gaming scene which is huge, with the right promotion many new users can be introduced to Crypto.

Vote for Bitcoin, Doge and Quark.

Bitcoin: Far far further than any other cryptocurrency. It has become a professional cryptocoin and can be used for many purposes already.

Doge: Big great enthousiastic community. I have had many doubts about that coin, but thanks to Doge lots of people learned about cryptocurrencies on a friendly way. Lots of other and new cryptocurrencies can learn from them.

Quark: Has everything what a modern cryptocoin should look like (secure, fast and prepared for the future). Besdes also a big support from an enthousiastic devoted community who is working hard to get the coin to the public for everyday's use and had already many successes lately: Partnership with Shaq-Fu (in game payments), Partnership with Moolah (working on in store acceptance of Quark), and more and more merchants accepting the coin every day.

(LTC as an outsider). Great coin and copied a lot, but haven't heard much of them lately.

Quark - fast, secure, low maintenance cost, undervalued, no more premine, instamine FUD after all haters have no problem with one week instamine of new scam coins, what haters can tell now about quark after investing in many few day mining coins? Good dev team, many actions to improve coin. Hope haters will get a lot of water in mouth.

Darkcoin, namecoin and Quark.

The reason for Quarks is cause of it's combination of good specs. See sig for details. There're 2 or 3 better and active cryptos though which haven't made it yet.

Darkcoin cause it has unique security features and DGW, but otherwise it's just like another alt by design.


Namecoin cause a decentralized DNS system was always required and it's need will never end. There's scope of improvements though in the economic front.

Dodgecoin - for it's possible public support

Litecoin - Because that's what I started mining with and I just like it.
