I think this is the right step but i am still going to revise the bonus structure. My priority is to get the value of FREEB up and rewarding miners to use the multi-pool that will buy FREEB at the exchange is a perfect plan.

what i mean is
why bother asking us to make a decision (by voting) at beginning if in the end you're the only one make "different" decision
you're the only one that give use the choices , and yet in the end you make a decision different from the choices you gave us.
