Plans for the new coin have several major flaws:
1. How do those who lost significant amount of FREEB on ShareXcoin claim the new 'FREEB'? Current proposal doesn't solve this problem
2. New FREEB is basically a PoW coin? Those without mining equipment will get diluted significantly over time after already taking a huge loss exchanging their FREEB for a proportional percentage of 2% of new FREEB
3. Changing algo's doesn't change...'lack of VISION'
I'm not sure if whatever plans the devs has is set in stone, but there are solutions to consider. For the problem of those who lost freeb on sharex, the easiest solution may simply to be make a coin, and redo the initial distribution. So whatever you got the first time for free, you get again. That assumes the dev still has the initial distribution list. There is of course the problem where some people bought extra freeb while it was on an exchange. For that, he could give a percentage as an extra bonus in the new coin for those who wish to swap them. Or if he felt like making 2 new coins, one is for the initial list, one for those who still have coin and want to swap. And the last point you make is the most important one. Simply making a new X11/13 coin and calling it 'whatever coin' is sort of meaningless without a purpose for the coin. So whatever the dev decides, best to have more than a different algo. I think those who have lost all their coins on ShareX - it dumpers. And if given the chance again, they will do it again. So, a new coin need to exchange for old coins. Then they will go only to those who truly appreciates the work of the developer and the community. IMHO. agreed. |

i am really sad still no new exchange i think we should contact bittrex and ask them to add this coin.If whole community works like a team then soon we will be on bittrex.
we could get on https://www.europex.eu/ and https://www.kingcoiny.com im sure if we request and tweet we could get moving again. @Europex_ please add Freeb to your exchange @Freebiescoin +1 lets keep forward , i'm a little bothered with a new coin plan since its not about free distribution anymore (3/4 of my total coin i bought it from exchange) in new coin plan, our coin that originaly part of 100% of total supply , now become part of 2% of total supply. anyone feels the same? (most of us invested/bought it) |

We can blame not only ShareCoin dev and his exchange, but the whole community for such doomed momentum in which the FREEB is now. Honestly, I don't see any further movement, even with new coin release. There are so much X11/X13 coins around indeed.
Actually I don't think anymore that I'll get back any cent I invested, assume that no one wants to buy even a single coin.
Is this coin dead? It's just a question, not statement...

allocating more than 2% will caused a lot of dump and the price will crash.
There are lots of people who have actually paid to get this coin from exchanges. Allocating 2% for them, shows how much you care about the community, who tried to support FREEB at hard times. |

If Cryptock is no longer interested in supporting this coin and wants to create another then let him move on. Community will remain.
Coin works fine, wallet is great and working just fine without Cryptock.

@Cryptock, any updates regarding FREEB? Or you'll let this coin alone? You came up with the coin, which was already traded, not only freely distributed. People invested money... Many of us understand the sharexcoin scam influence on such newborn coin as FREEB, but this is not the only reason, why we we are stuck in the moment. There are no updates, no future plans, just a plain announcement of new coin and a very humble 2% dividents for all FREEB holders/investors.
Please keep us informed? Is there a work behind scenes or are you going to leave this thing as it is? We need to know if we have lost our money or there is still a hope to recover?
We need honesty, at least regarding information supply!!!
