What wallet is the correct one now? None seem to sync.

The one posted in www.memorycoin.org is always the correct one as it's the official website.
In this case, Memorycoin 0.8.54b and it's working.
If you have any problems, please let me know.

I have v0.8.584.0-g6ce1e1e-beta and it is not syncing - "No block source available"

I noticed the sync had stopped on another machine a couple of days back. What is going on?

Please delete the Blockchain to resync everything.

Please have attention to the file wallet.dat, that file cant be deleted or you will loose all the coins.

Close wallet and then delete que folder with blockchain.

this may help: https://mmc-square.com/support-help/4/wallet-will-not-sync/230/

Hello Farfiman

like a told in PM, i delete everything in folder c:\users\your user profile\%APPDATA%\roaming\Memorycoin except wallet.dat (Your Wallet Database).

After that just for test, i wait 20 minutes and like you told i got 0 connections.

Then i went to Debug window and add:

addnode mmc-square.com add
addnode shrine.mmc-square.com add
addnode santana.mmc-square.com add
(Every addnode i made got green)

after a minute i got connections and everything start to sync. Cheesy

Hope this help Smiley

Anything just say.

maybe just reading your words did the magic trick Smiley

thnx again!

Does every new user that downloads the wallet have to do this?
isn't that a problem?

Honestly if you're behind a firewall it will be almost impossible to receive incoming connections and that will affect your network connectivity.

Here is my full memorycoin.conf if you want to have maximum network connectivity for your client.
In %APPDATA%/MemoryCoin/memorycoin.conf :
Code:
addnode=mmc-square.com
addnode=mmc-square.com:1969
addnode=mmc-square.com:1970
addnode=mmc-square.com:1971
addnode=mmc-square.com:1972
addnode=mmc-square.com:1973
addnode=mmc-square.com:1974
addnode=mmc-square.com:1975
addnode=mmc-square.com:1976
addnode=mmc-square.com:1977
addnode=mmc-square.com:1978
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1969
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1970
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1971
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1972
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1973
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1974
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1975
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1976
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1977
addnode=santana.mmc-square.com:1978
addnode=shrine.mmc-square.com

These churn nodes are run by the MMC Dev. Team.

You can add it to your memorycoin.conf file to maximize network connectivity.

I'd recommend http://dwarfpool.com/mmc at the moment.
However, the latest version of yam-miner is outdated at this page, the latest version of yam-miner is at : https://twitter.com/yvg1900/status/482764101199097856

Official announcement: We will try to push the price to 2000 satoshi with our investment. For those who tracks down the market movement for about 6 hours would know our buy/sell orders.
Now holding 1340 satoshi.. If you really think MMC worth that, sell to us. This is a clear message for those who are selling below mining profitability.
