Rand Paul Rips Hillary, Surveillance, Other Republicans at GOP Summit

Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul took aim at multiple targets Saturday — and not merely at Democrats.

Of course Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton was a favorite subject, as Paul noted that “she travels in two planes, one for her and her entourage and another for her baggage.”

Paul saw Clinton’s role as secretary of state during the Benghazi debacle, in which four Americans were killed, including ambassador Christopher Stevens, as reason enough to keep her out of the Oval Office.

“I think that her dereliction of duty, her not doing her job, her not providing security for our forces, for our diplomatic missions, should forever preclude her from holding higher office,” Paul said.

Rand Paul attacks Clinton and names the enemy of the US – 'radical Islam'
The Kentucky senator also asks Republicans to help him take party’s message to ‘rich, poor, black, white, brown’ as he campaigns for 2016 presidential nomination

Rand Paul on Saturday attacked Hillary Clinton, the only declared Democratic candidate for president so far, over her record as secretary of state under Barack Obama, her use of a private email server while in that job and the human rights records of some donors to her charitable foundation.

The Kentucky senator also asked Republicans to help him take the party’s message to “new people… rich, poor, black, white, brown” as he campaigns for the presidential nomination in 2016.

Speaking in Nashua, New Hampshire, at the Republican Leadership Summit – where most of the declared and potential GOP candidates for president were scheduled to speak on Friday and Saturday – the libertarian-tinged candidate largely focused on foreign policy, an area in which he has been vulnerable to attack over his supposedly isolationist stance.

Rand Paul receives standing ovation as he delivers libertarian message to New Hampshire faithful
Kentucky senator Rand Paul attacks US intervention in Syria during presidential campaign stop, as he appeals to Republicans to reach out to poorer voters

Rand Paul rounded on the Republican establishment as he made his pitch for the support of party activists in the key state of New Hampshire.

From appearing in jeans to delivering a withering attack on the record of other Republicans, the Kentucky senator made sure he stood out from his rivals.

"I got tired of seeing people in my party getting in charge and not doing anything at all," he told activists at the party's “Leadership Summit” in Nashua, New Hampshire.

"They all look alike, they all sound alike, they all dress alike and nothing ever changes."

Mr Paul was the latest of the Republican hopefuls to make his pitch for the backing of activists in a state which will set the tone for the race for the party's nomination next year. A strong showing in the New Hampshire primary and the Iowa caucus will give a candidate a huge advantage in a crowded field, while a weak performance frequently proves fatal to an aspirant's chances.

Taking the stage to a background of thumping music, Mr Paul received standing ovations before, after and even during his address.

GOP White House hopefuls bicker over America's role in world

NASHUA, N.H. (AP) — Rand Paul lashed out Saturday at military hawks in the Republican Party in a clash over foreign policy dividing the packed GOP presidential field.

Paul, a first-term senator from Kentucky who favors a smaller U.S. footprint in the world, said that some of his Republican colleagues would do more harm in international affairs than would leading Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton.

"The other Republicans will criticize the president and Hillary Clinton for their foreign policy, but they would just have done the same thing — just 10 times over," Paul said on the closing day of a New Hampshire GOP conference that brought about 20 presidential prospects to the first-in-the-nation primary state.

"There's a group of folks in our party who would have troops in six countries right now, maybe more," Paul said.

No Obama invite for Russell Crowe's birthday
Blames Rand of course
Russell Crowe says there’s a reason President Obama didn’t call him up and invite him over to the White House on his birthday: Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.).

The Academy Award winner marked his 51st birthday on Tuesday while in the nation’s capital promoting his latest film, “The Water Diviner.”

“I was expecting, actually, you know April the 7th that [Obama] might call up and say, ‘Come around for a barbecue, you know, I know it’s your birthday,” Crowe told ITK with a laugh on the red carpet at the U.S. Navy Memorial.

“But you know, he must be busy,” the “Gladiator” star said. “He must be busy dealing with the Rand Paul deal, other things, world events.”

Paul announced he was running for president in 2016 earlier that day. But Crowe — who tweeted his support for Obama in 2012, calling him “the light and the future“ — is remaining mum about who he’s rooting for in the next race for the White House. “Absolutely no opinion about that at this point in time,” he said.

And for those that aren't up to date on Russell Crowe, he's the main actor in the movie Gladiator. Imagine that or disrespect it.

Rand Paul
America's First Green President?

Following in the footsteps of his outspoken father, Rand Paul was in favor of decriminalizing marijuana before it was popular – or at least before it was as popular as it is today. Now a United States senator and having announced his intention to become the 45th president of the United States, Paul could provide marijuana activists a friend in a place they’ve never had one: the White House.

While he’s said that he personally opposes using it, Paul has backed relaxation of marijuana laws throughout his time in politics, arguing that loosening the Republican party's official stance on marijuana enforcement, primarily by endorsing the states' right to determine the legality of the substance, could help the GOP reach out to younger voters.

"Look, the last two presidents could conceivably have been put in jail for their drug use, and I really think, you know, look what would have happened, it would have ruined their lives," Paul said. "They got lucky, but a lot of poor kids, particularly in the inner city, don't get lucky. They don't have good attorneys, and they go to jail for these things and I think it's a big mistake."

Paul has been a consistent ally of the industry, most recently unveiling a bill, initially co-sponsored with New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker and New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, to remove federal penalties for medical marijuana use and reschedule cannabis from a Schedule I to a Schedule II substance, allowing significant research and easier access for physicians and patients. The bill currently has a bi-partisan coalition of 10 senate co-sponsors.

Rand Paul: Republicans Criticizing Obama, Hillary Over Libya "Would Have Done The Same Thing"

SEN. RAND PAUL: Time after time after time, the soldiers were told not to wear their military style boots because they did not want to offend the Libyans. They didn't want a show of weapons because it is politically incorrect to show weapons -- they're in the middle of a war zone -- which gets me even farther back, why the hell did we ever go into Libya in the first place?

[applause]

And this is something, if you watch closely, will separate me from many other Republicans. The other Republicans will criticize the president, and Hillary Clinton for their foreign-policy, but they would have just done the same thing, just 10 times over. Everyone of the ones who were criticizing me wanted troops on the ground, our troops on the group in Libya. I think it was a mistake to be in Libya. We are less safe. Jihadists swim in our swimming pool now. It's a disaster; we should have never been there.

So he is jetting off on a billionaire plane to a private island where the billionaire was boinking underage girls. He was convicted of it so there is no question of guilt. Billy was on the plane at the same time as the woman pimp who procured the girls. These Elitists get away with this shit.

"Bill Clinton took repeated trips on the " Lolita Express"—the private passenger jet owned by billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein—with an actress in softcore porn movies whose name appears in Epstein's address book under an entry for "massages," according to flight logbooks obtained by Gawker and published today for the first time. The logs also show that Clinton shared more than a dozen flights with a woman who federal prosecutors believe procured underage girls to sexually service Epstein and his friends and acted as a "potential co-conspirator" in his crimes.

Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 in Florida to one count of soliciting underage girls for sex (and one count of adult solicitation), for which he served just over a year in county jail. But sprawling local, state, and federal investigations into the eccentric investor's habit of paying teen girls for "massages"—sessions during which he would allegedly penetrate girls with sex toys, demand to be masturbated, and have intercourse—turned up a massive network of victims, including 35 female minors whom federal prosecutors believed he'd sexually abused. He has reportedly settled lawsuits from more than 30 "Jane Doe" victims since 2008; the youngest alleged victim was 12 years old at the time of her abuse."

"...the youngest alleged victim was 12 years old at the time of her abuse."
That's pretty sick, even by elite scumbag standards, but...
Bill isn't running, and loyal, faithful Hillary is the "victim" of a cheating husband.  (barf)

Hillary is too old and sick to run, she needs to just go away.

Rand Paul to Barack Obama: Do you support civil asset forfeiture?

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), in a Facebook post on Saturday, responded to President Barack Obama's sharp criticism of Senate Republicans for the delay of a final confirmation vote for his Attorney General nominee, Loretta Lynch.

"I have to say, that there are times where the dysfunction in the Senate just goes too far. This is an example of it," Obama said at a press conference on Friday. "It’s gone too far. Enough. Enough. Call Loretta Lynch for a vote, get her confirmed. Put her in place. Let her do her job. This is embarrassing, a process like this."

President Obama nominated Lynch in November to replace Attorney General Eric Holder. The Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), held confirmation hearings on Lynch's nomination in late January, but confirmation has been delayed as Senate leaders from both parties wrestle over a human trafficking bill.

Still, though, many Republicans in the upper chamber oppose Lynch's confirmation due to her positions on a variety of policy issues, including apparent deference to virtually unchecked executive power. In addition to other problematic positions she has taken, Paul has staked his opposition Lynch over her support of controversial federal civil asset forfeiture laws, which, during her confirmation hearing, she called "a wonderful tool."

"I have a question for Barack Obama. Do you support civil asset forfeiture and Lynch's unconstitutional theft: because THAT is what's embarrassing," Paul wrote on Saturday. "In our country, you should be presumed innocent until found guilty. Civil asset forfeiture doesn't allow for the presumption of innocence. The government can take your stuff without being convicted of a crime."

Civil Forfeiture Laws are anything but civil. To me, these laws help indicate of the mentality of people, especially people who are empowered with the public trust. This piss flap is on the side of evil for supporting this process. Any law enforcement agency that accepts or collects funds using these illegal laws are, by default, corrupt morally, ethically, and legally.

Everyone has a solemn duty to disobey unjust and illegal laws. Rand Paul by his statements shows again that, thus far, he is the only candidate worthy of running the nation.

Fuck Obama and fuck Lynch.
