Ordered Moonraker Warp 3
Order Total:   $1,395.75 USD
Date Placed:   2nd Sep 2014
Payment Method:   Bank Wire Transfer

Will be filing complaints on both sites if I haven't received any communication when I wake up on the morning of the 16th. Is there anything else we can do? Call the local police? Call our own local police?

Also, if it helps anyone in the search for more info on this guy his username handle on many sites is simonb150 and ?old? email simonb150@hotmail.com Wink Doesn't seem like he's active on too much of anything.

http://pinsta.me/simonb150
https://www.youtube.com/user/simonb150

This is his 192, don't think it has anything we haven't already found Wink http://www.192.com/atoz/people/bright/simon/se15/2276318702/

funny how traceable the internet is lol

I think we get all of those people involved but I think we are going to have to get this guy in court. I don't know much about the law in either of these countries but I think we need to find an attorney who can show us how/what needs to be done.

Just in case you missed this, Quote from: LordPaco on October 12, 2014, 09:51:24 PM
Maybe we can hire this guy to collect for us:

These guys are perfect!

It was a little tongue in cheek but it is looking like we got ripped off the more time that goes by.. When it gets to the point of no return for me I wouldn't mind selling the debt off 50c on the dollar to an outfit like this and if we combined some of our orders together the slice of pie may be large enough for them to take it or maybe some of their friends? The debt owed should double if this route is pursued, penalty for being royal scammer jackass. Phone number and gym info are in the episode  Cheesy

I want to pursue the most legitimate/efficient course of action(s). If that is hire some type of bounty hunter type debt collector, so be it. I just want to make it known that this type of behavior is unacceptable. If I have to spend all of the money I invested in HASHRA making this guy a wanted criminal in every country he has a buyer in, I will.

Simon, if you are watching this forum, please give me a reason to not press this any further. Nobody wants to make you out to be a bad guy, we just want you to hold to your word. (maybe some communication would be nice too...just sayin)

Agreed, I'm still hoping that Simon comes around.

If, we don't here anything by the end of the week, let's hire that particular collector (great video). 50% is a bit steep if it's anything close to what I think he owes us. 30% would probably be more than enough to cover their expenses even if they have to go to Australia to kindly ask him to pay back the money he stole. I'd be cool with 40% if they make another video from it Wink

This debt isn't worth anywhere near 50% face value.  More like 5%.  This isn't a company that missed a payment or two.  This was obviously planned in advance.  There is simply no way there is any money left in any company account, which means virtually no chance anyone will ever collect anything.

Quite possible that you are right, but stealing all of that money and getting away with it? I find it difficult to sit by and just let it happen and then forget about it like it never did.

He could have just spent it all on hookers and coke I guess. In a worse case scenario I would be happy to give the debt away only for a little proof that someone collected on it.  Roll Eyes

Yes, I actually spammed about 15 emails, one right behind the other, and then got that response from Steven, whoever that is. Nothing since then.

Take what I'm about to post here with a grain of salt... but I think I know what is happening... this is just my speculation...

Due to the rapid expansion of cloud mining... including one of the biggest... we can speculate to who that is... they seem to be buying all the hardware mining capacity being released right now, especially current generation 28 - 20nm hashers.

I don't think Hashra is scamming anyone on purpose... I think this big cloud mining operation actually has an agreement to buy A LOT of the new Hashra units... so therefore the delay...

I think Hashra has decided that delaying the shipping is worth it to the end customer and they will compensate some way...

But again... I could be totally wrong and Hashra could be just scamming you but I don't think that is the case...
