I'm using the stratum posted in the OP and have the latest wallet synced but on a block notification I see this stratum output:

Have any other pool operators had this problem with Boostcoin or am I the first? x13 pool module installed, stratum runs as usual until a block update.

If we have 200  votes every hour  resulting 4800 votes per day, in four days we get to Mintpal.
Right now 2000-3000 persons mine for BoostCoin, we have to vote each of us because Mintpal is busy with X11 Coin XC.

I just bought a btc worth of boost, only because the dev seems to be good and active and doesnt have an anonymous screen name like 'boostdev', similar to how many other coins do, and also it hasnt hit mintpal yet.
I would like to invest a lot more, but I dont see any unique features or future implementation. Besides being the first X13 coin, what other features are unique about Boost? Once it goes POS what would differentiate it from other coins? Are there any future plans? Please let me know, thanks.

i think one of the best features is because of x13 it is multi pool proof.  x11 is really mainstream meanwhile, it is getting raped by multipools, there are lots of scam's with pools not paying out because the admins have no clue etc.. you currently don't have that with x13

The dev has put up a bounty of 10k BOST to implement anonymous functions in the coin which is about 1.500 $ .. So this would be the first anonymous X13 PoW/PoS coin..
