There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Are you using the latest client? Are you on the right block?

If you are still having problems, please report to vericoin@vericoin.info with details.

I notified the team.

Can you send an email to vericoin@vericoin.info with details including: 1. The address you sent VRC to, 2. The Bitcoin address destination, and 3. A VRC refund address if the transaction got stuck? David will check it out.

In addition, the addresses you posted aren't VeriBit addresses.

I am on some sort of fork with my node.

Any hint on how to get back on the main one (without a total resync)?

Nodes providing new blocks are banned from my side.

Code:
ERROR: CheckProofOfStake() : INFO: check kernel failed on coinstake 51ee98decc33e665e80ba099820b761d683bbcb81cea4430df5e0c0a1bf5a165, hashProof=0002e09324543f60cc0c23fc280d88d683ceff14e4facb1bd3f87d75b55e18d0

My height is 1439093, network height (according to this) is 1445345.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Edit: My version:
Code:
"version" : "v1.6.5.5",
    "protocolversion" : 70007,
    "walletversion" : 60000,
Click the File Menu > and click "Reload Blockchain"

If balance is not showing correct after using Reload Blockchain, use File Menu > "Rescan Wallet"

Now compare the block height again. Is it showing correctly? For more info visit this thread https://www.vericoinforums.com/threads/please-make-sure-you-are-on-the-right-block-guide.1479/

I am not using the gui, using vericoind.

Tried: vericoind --rescan and vericoind --reindex.

Does not help.

Does a bootstrap file exist for vericoin?

There is no direction.  The developers don't even talk about the future now.

The future is the VeriVoteTM integrated Vericoin wallet.  Each vote proportional to stake weight, fully secured by the VeriVoteTM blockchain.  Soon we can vote where to spend the ICO funds.

This election day, I think we can all agree the future is bright... with VeriVoteTM.

Pretty big shakeout with this 2nd BTC run.
Could reverse soon, 6k sats seems possible.
