I think bitcointalk requires you to be beyond noobie to vote. Preference noted..

Both would be nice. I agree, which brings up the question: why would anyone not want to be listed on as many exchanges as possible?

Both would be nice. I agree, which brings up the question: why would anyone not want to be listed on as many exchanges as possible? Why only one?? Two reason 1) I rather be in a stand up trusted exchange then just any exchange that when it hits the fan your SOL. 2) Volume get spread out. This coin doesn't have much volume so I want to get as much volume and if your on different exchanges it gets spread out which leads to different prices across exchanges and more of and opportunity to manipulate the price

Question: Downloaded and installed 32 bit Win Wallet but still shows 1.6.5.0 not 1.6.5.1 as shown on the OP. Normal?

if bottom left corner of wallet window says 1.6.5.0, then no something isn't installed correctly. Make sure downloaded installer is 1.6.5.1 and try uninstalling wallet in add remove programs first, then install again.

Will open the exchange of VRC/BTC?
VRC/BTC is already open in multiple exchanges, if you mean VRM/BTC that will be up to the exchanges to add.

Pat, Doug, Steve and David. As many have seen from recent ICO's/IPO's some of them are coming out as total scams Waves currently, 40%(12,000+/- BTC) of the ICO funds where withdrawn with no explanation from the Devs or anyone from the Waves team.
Can we get a complete breakdown with what will happen to and what the ICO funds will be used for? How will you guarantee what the funds will be used for and how they will be used, protected and secured? Transparency? Will the Vericoin/Verium community vote for how the funds will be used?
I just want a complete layout of how my investment will be used with as much detail as possible. I trust you guys whole hearted ly but for others who don't know Vericoin or the Dev's please lay it out for them.
Thanks
Yea of course. We haven't yet figured out exactly what we want yet, besides us devs thinking that a staking endowment would be really neat with 50% of the funds. Roughly, for the other 50%, I think we're considering: 20% for current and future development work (perhaps half of which would be split by the 4 VRC devs for current work, the rest for if we take on any more developers, etc.) 15% for future projects 15% for current and future marketing efforts/server costs/block explorer costs/etc. (would reimburse the past couple years of hosting costs that I paid out of pocket, media creation (such as Bruno's images that are used in the wallet, help pay for the VRC Forums, etc.)But this is pretty much made up by me on the spot, but I think it's realistic. Are you saying some of the funds could be used to reimburse you for previous years expenses . With all due respect that doesn't sound like a good idea.

Of course, but poloniex doesn't list any coin in recent weeks, last coins were steem and lbry since the dao fiasco. It is a bit challenge to list there, you can try btw.

A brief overview of current development plans:
-Once the ICO ends, we can prepare the mainnet and mine the correct required VRM from the ICO. -Then after the ICO funds are mined, we will run the mainnet privately with a block reward of zero until all the ICO funds are sent to their respective addresses -After all the funds have been disbursed we will open the mainnet up to the public and start the blocktime-dependent reward scheme. -Then mining will begin -We will be working with either poloniex, bittrex or both to support a VRC/VRM market pair. The VRM/BTC pairs will be up to the exchanges to add at their own discretion. -Once this market pair is up we will add VRM/VRC swap functionality to the Verium and VeriCoin wallet. -After the Verium network has stabilized we will release a new VeriCoin wallet that accepts Verium blocks as part of it's consensus, then as Verium picks up steam so too does the currency in security, transaction speed and scalability.
