I've have since yesterday only 3 active connections to the network, and I'm "losing" the interests (showing the question mark in transactions tab) -> Status: conflicted | Date: 14/06/14 15:35 | Source: Generated | Debit: 0.00 | VRCNet amount: -6391.35 VRC

What should I do to get more connections? (at the moment I have 4 connections but only with two bars (orange status).....
Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #jwE4WYFdglpGixrn

I am curious about this as well.  I only have four connections too.
Location: USA
All other wallets are running with full 20-30 connections each.

ya the stake is kinda all over the place I normally got interest at least once every day or two but it took me four days this last time to get interest so I'd say a good spread is probably 5-7 days anything longer then that and you may have a problem, make sure your wallet is up to date and unlocked

So if the wallet in encrypted, you wont get interest ?   and it has to be open for more than 48hrs?

You can unlock your wallet for staking only. If you do that it will still need a password to send funds out.

Cool, Thanks for the info. Smiley I will unlock it to see if it gets interest.

Be sure to do it from the console using the following command: walletpassphrase <YourPassword> 9999999 true

Of course you will want to replace <YourPassword> with your actual password.

I am not sure what you mean by console. I am using a mac wallet which i have unlocked in settings.is that all i need to do ?

I also only have 4-6 connections, never had more. But since the 1.2.4 wallet it's no real problem anymore, because all the desyncs stopped.

VeriSend is in testing by donors. It is defaulting to 150 cycles right now which is very slow but extremely well mixed.

I gave a donation from Mintpal as seen below, but my name never appeared on the backers for the project. My concern is only with the question whether they received the money or not. And if not, where did it go? Will somebody answer me? This is the third time I asked the question.

Thanks for answering.
I believe I partly guess why they didn't get the money, as we had different possibilities of amount to give. I chose the one with 50$, but Mintpal took a commission of 0.0002BTC and the amount was not exact to the cent.
Now I do not know how I could relay the small change I could send them the the almost 50 bucks I gave before?
But if the address I sent the money to is good, they should be able to get it and not being robbed of the money.
Now my suggestion is for the people to whom this amount is given that they check in the address above whether there is an almost amount of 50 bucks that they can claim for them.
