Yes, can someone compile it and throw it up here? Also some instructions wont hurt...
Many thanks!

why do u need to compile the client? 1st post already has the compiled binary. If you encountered error due to the OpenCL binary (kernel.bin), you just need to put the .cl in proper place, run the xpmclient to let it compile.

More likely you want to compile the pool? Wayla has been trying to compile, perhaps he can release some guide or compiled binary once he is done; I have not gone down that track yet.

I am trying to get the server figured out, but would prefer a solo version with no fees.  Is anyone working on this?

madmax was working on this .. not sure whether he is continuing his work, I hope he does!

if you get your own server running, you do not have to worry about the fees Smiley

Temporary patch for use with 16384 open files linit (ulimit -n 16384): https://www.dropbox.com/s/74etmfwx6h3ye8a/diff.txt
With this patch my private pool can handle more than 350 workers without crashes Smiley
I'll send PM to MadMax with more details.

Fermat test 4 times (about 400%) slower than open source xpmclminer implementation, I will try merge miners code, 8-9 CPD on Radeon R9 290X is really Smiley

Yes, the modular exponentiation code that was released with this miner is a good start for others to use, but very slow.

overclocking cards helps more cpd?

Yes, my 3xRadeon R9 290X @ 1040/1250MHz (memory overclocking has no effect unlike scrypt mining):
Quote
[GPU 0] T=-1C A=-1% E=0 primes=0.102172 fermat=624595/sec cpd=6.69/day
[GPU 1] T=-1C A=-1% E=0 primes=0.102141 fermat=625096/sec cpd=6.68/day
[GPU 2] T=-1C A=-1% E=0 primes=0.102151 fermat=624178/sec cpd=6.67/day

also it says balance:1.6xpm  requested:1xpm. Whats that requested xpm mean?
1 xpm ready to payout.. payouts starts after two days mining.

I'm wrong about 400% (miner shows 500-600k Fermat tests per second, but miner do some other work, not only Fermat tests Smiley ), really 100-120%.
