can you tell me how to edit to support datacoin?

Same here ;-)

I will release the instructions after I optimize the sieve code to target chain lengths of 9. A single R9 280X GPU should be able to find 50+ blocks/day at the current difficulty - currently achieving about 25 blocks/day. I will not have time until this coming weekend to look at the sieving code - I am new to AMD GPU (OpenCL) programing so it might take me longer than a few minutes to optimize the OpenCL code..

Well, I dont need miner code, only pool code for now, which, as far as  I understand it, is used only as server giving work to clients ;-)

Thanks in advance!

Guys, how many btc per scrypt mh/s would you guesstimate right now? (280x).

I'm folding and getting curecoins and it's really good but it's nice to have a fallback plan.

Thanks!

how much average you are earning per day with one R9 280x doing folding?

Is anyone have it working ok for mining datacoin?

Miner still alive, I found some optimizations for sieve, result is:

7,75CPD on Radeon R9 290X, new version will be released in next 12 hours.

Is that on 10-ch or 11-ch optimization?

Both.

He is just gonna release more .bin for windows miner folder and .cl file for linux compile! its an optimization he said and the 11ch. Says he would have to change the miner code so no its just a .bin file and .cl files for linux! for the present release he seems to be doing!

I sure hope I am not reading too much into this:

Technically, .cl/.bin are OpenCL kernel code.

11ch requires cpp code changing (and recompiling for windows/linux), not only OpenCL kernel.

5.4-5,5CPD may be.. I don't have R9 280X for test.

sorry to mess arround, but CureCoin mining is way more profitable than Primecoin mining.

it consumes same power as X11  (cool n quiet fans) and im earning 0.013BTC/day per singler R9 280x

Just look out for Folding@home project, its way more profitable right now

Thanks for sharing it with us, really appreciated it. Now if you could bring your msg to the appropriate thread, that would be better; it is out of topic here.

Thanks, i speak for everyone when i say you didn't hurt anyones feelings but you are off topic and were called on it so keep your new and profitable coins to chartrooms and appropriate threads..

Thats how this works mate hence all of the miners on coins that are not the most profitable new fandangle coin, they are not interested in it hence being on topic in their specific coins threads.

Speaking of ontopic i have about 75cpd getting about 5-7 blocks per day still with this miner and the pool so thats great this increase will sit nicely with us being that we don't want to go anywhere else Smiley

i have tried this miner but i cannot get it to work.

with the default config.txt it runs but cannot connect to the pool.

if i add another pool in the config and do not change anything, after starting the client, it will close after 2-3 seconds

can anyone please give me some help with it?
