I know, and I feel awful about the drop. I haven't heard anything from hitbtc.com yet about then adding NFD. As soon as I do, I'll let everyone know.

there is an exchange facility in the works to trade NXT directly against NFD, but it relies on NFD and NXT being on the same stable version.

With the updates in NXT to 1.2.5 or 1.2.6 and all the chaos, that is dragging out unfortunately.

But we will get there, and then NFD will be in an excellent position to become the natural NXT silver companion!

i just downloaded a copy to check my free stake and its gone! hackers already took them all but the weird thing is, they took it out in parts each day. and left me with 2k coins. hahaha.

It was always said to use a strong password! But you can buy very very cheap at the moment!

Adding Nxt is actually a challenge, tech-wise, but adding a Nxt clone is straightforward once they figure out the protocols with Nxt itself. I hope they'll soon be following up by adding NFD.

Before trying that, try logging out of the wallet, shutting down the client, restarting the client, waiting until it's finished its job, and then logging back in to the wallet. See if this works.

Right now, MaWo's on a well-needed vacation somewhere in the woods; he should be back next Monday. But before he went, he came up with a roadmap bounty list that we plan to put up threads for. Add-ons like:

- Tor integration;
- A more sophisticated block explorer;
- Scripting support;
- Anonymization;

- and...the add-on that I think will really be the long-term winner: a simple client.

If you or anyone else can help with any of those, just say the word! All of the above are bounty jobs, and they'll be publicly announced in threads of their own shortly.

Uh...I don't have a Mac, so I can't say for sure. In Windows, all you have to do is click the "X" to close the command-line window and the OS takes care of the rest.
