I like Coino, I think it has a future. People were complaining it's "boring" -- but hey, guess who likes boring stuff? Corporations! It helps that everything -- from the wallet to the website -- looks nice and professional.  Cool

CNO is still alive and well over at Cryptopia (https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Register?referrer=JCJr222 shameless referral link, why not?)

The mining pool is down while Hex and sa_ddam configure and migrate to their new servers, but the markets are open and Coino is currently the featured coin of the week. As a bonus, there are no trade fees for the entire month of June!

The good news, it is necessary to use.

That's great news. Do you have to register and login to view the Coin(O) market?

Why do not you buy your coins in there https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange?market=CNO_BTC ? The whole seems like a scam. Shocked

Low volume. To immediately buy even a relatively small amount, say 100k COINO, would push the average price up to 16 or 17 Satoshis.

But yeah, smt_red could always put in a buy order at 9 Satoshis, then sit back and wait... that assumes there's not a bot which will play chasey with him, and put in a buy order for 10 Smiley

I don't want to sell you any coino, but you should make it clear whether you intend to use escrow or not if making offers to buy them. Without escrow anyone doing deals might get scammed, and that applies to both buyers and sellers. If you are not using escrow you should also state whether you expect the buyer to send first, or if you are prepared to.

After being stopped for maintenance for only a few hours, my CNO wallet does not start syncing for more than 5 hours now.

Does CNO become so hopeless  now?  Undecided

IMHO, the coin is still on, and that's a good news above all. despite other useless ones, our coin has reached a stable value, enven if low - due to the very little community of stakeholders around it. we'll see changes probably in the long term.

Hamsterpool is out of business.

Quote
July 1, 2015
Hamsterpool is closing!
Users will be able to keep mining up until July 28th, 2015 at 23:59 UTC.
Users will be able to log in and request withdrawals until July 31st, 2015.
After this time the databases will be deleted,
the website will be closed and payouts will be no longer possible.

Luckily Coino mining @ the MineShaft mining pool is running well.  Cheesy
