for usually work until profit 30-60%, of the initial capital. but eventually lost all. because I put a target profit up 200%

for martingale you need a really really big balance
but as you said you can only get 30 - 60 % PROFIT
you need to change tactics in order to get more then 100%

you could also get 0% profit and lose in the first bets, and what kind of tactic is that to get more than 100%?

there is lots of tactics you just need to play wisley
there is some people like HUI that earned 100% - 1000% from there autobet methods!

How do you play wisely exactly, its not like strategy makes a big difference, pretty much null.

In my experience in gambling. I am sucked several and more times with the martingale. All profit goes to 0 in a second with unimaginable loses in a row.

I think it can  really make a gambler broken also when there exist 99.99% chances of wining in dice.
So, really there is good to leave martingale play Smiley

Well , none of the site allows you to gamble at 99.99% chance, so how did you manage to test it at that ?

Also, martingale might work for short term if you bet with some balance several times in different sized units.

As I said above I was only thinking of 99.99%
Not a reality lol :"

yes I usually play with capital 0.01 or more, but usually I use the base bet 10-100 sat, and it was enough to withstand a long strike Smiley

but keep ultimately lose, because of the barrage of red too long, yes sometimes I weird for it Cheesy

But it doesnt matter if you use low base bet or high because its equal in winnings, if you use 10 sat base bet you would have to win millions of bets to make profit and after millions of bets your chances of getting a big lose streak increase.

I tried it, it worked sometimes, didn't work sometimes. It depends on your luck and bankroll.

Martingale would only theoretically work if the following conditions are true:

1: the amount of money you have available to bet is infinite
2: the amount of money the house has available to pay you is infinite.

They seem both impossible, if you wanna make a lot, just pray and hope you don't get a lose streak, always getting win streak.. Grin

i usually play like this:

bet 1.000 sat base bet.
so for example:
 bet (1.000) lost
 bet (1.000) lost
bet (2.000) if win go base bet
 bet (2.000) lost
bet (4.000) if win bet again until you win twice, if lose
 bet (4.000) lost
bet (8.000) and so on, you are safer this way, its the same afterall honestly, but i played on 999dice today and i was able to win some money by playing a little bit, then stopping, then playing again in a few minutes

True,  But playing any games at a casino is technically the easiest way to lose your money.  They don't have billion dollar casinos because everyone is winning.  If you play expect to lose, thus only bring what you can afford to lose!

not all lose from casino, you can either lose or win from casino, everyone got a different piece of luckyness, although i agree i never saw a person that bust out a casino or gambling sites, the best i'd seen was hufflepuff banging out PD for 4k BTC, but the site still up and rolling as like nothing happened

I am not trying to say people will lose no matter what.  I am saying the odds are not in your favor, and the more and more you play the more they are not in your favor.  Every casino has a house edge, and while you may win 70% of the time at the start, the more and more you play get you closer to that house edge, thus the more and more you play you are more and more likely to lose.

If everyone went to a casino, played a little bit made 5$ profit and left and never came back again, casinos would probably start loosing money but no one is gonna do that

I agree, the odds are not in our favor but i disagree with the bolded part , each roll is a fixed house edge, it never increase or decrease if you play in a fixed odds gambling sites

while in variable house edge like moneypot, the odds will keep on increasing, that is why it is called variable house edge

If everyone went to a casino, played a little bit made 5$ profit and left and never came back again, casinos would probably start loosing money but no one is gonna do that

everyone already know about this, but the fact is everyone wants more because a profit of $5 isnt really much, they wish to get atleast few hundreds buck, therefore , the more they play, they lose their bankroll abit by a bit

If find that martingale works until it doesn't, once you have one bad streak you lose a lot. It is one of the better ways because of the reduced risk that the system provides but it is not perfect so there is still a chance that you will lose.

Martingale only works for very short term & if you have luck
You will lose faster if you play at site which have bigger house edge Sad

I better try all-in with 1.1x for 3 times & withdraw

Honestly house edge doesnt even matter that much, you would lose even with 0% house edge using martingale.

I was referring to Casinos, I don't think they have variable house edge at all(I could be wrong)  Every hand of what you play, the closer you will get to their house edge and thus, are more likely to lose, please correct me if I am wrong though

Funny that this thread got revived after so long dead.  Basically, if anyone really wants to know the deal with martingale, they should read the wikipedia page about it.  It lays out the math and the facts pretty straightforwardly in my opinion.
