I have yet to receive my X3 unit and they told me to sign the hosting contract yesterday. Their replies came 50 days after the last one in DEC 2014. Really bad.

Got my rigs but none of them are in 100% working order, got some burnt boards likely because they ran them  bitches for a year before shipping them out, dead power supply, etc.

Looks like this is the end, BA claims they've manufactured all the miners. After being lied to for a year I get absolutely nothing for my $5k except a promise to ship a completely worthless miner but only if I contact them.

What a bunch of fucking scumbags!

I'm pretty convinced that they just bought GH/s on cex.io with customer funds for the units their "partner" is supposedly hosting and their Rent-Some-Minions. Unless somebody has experienced otherwise, it just seems like way too much of a coincidence that they went completely dark and ceased all payout almost exactly the moment cex.io announced that they were suspending their cloud mining operations.

It also explains why they insist on ghash.io when the original purchase stated that a Black Arrow pool would be available as well as all public pools, yet from the supposed location of their farm f2pool is the large pool that wound have the best connectivity.

There has never been a way to call them. There are bogus numbers listed on the website. When I tried to private message user blackarrow asking how to get in touch with them by phone, I got brutally trolled, threatened, and harassed.

These pieces of shit are now launching some bitcoin storage device.

People should know that this company is run by Alex Sovu, who reportedly fled Romania to avoid prosecution for credit card fraud, along with another member of the management team CRISTINA IXARI.

See this thread for a list of documents:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=716310.msg8090697

This guy also apparently ran/runs an operation that built/builds credit card skimmers, which are used to steal credit card information www.cardreaderfactory.com

If that is not enough to convince people not to trust them with the security of their bitcoin, this bunch of lunatics also claimed to have had a ton of BTC stolen from them.

Their last product launch was also a total disaster, so it's not like they are technically proficient either to the point of trusting them with your money.

Do not make the mistake of buying anything from these people, certainly not a device that stores your coin or interfaces with your computer.  Their past history is one of utter criminality and they know well how to steal information for fraudulent purposes.  They will take you too, given the opportunity.

These people are fraudsters and an utter blight on the bitcoin community, showing how the worst of the worst comes in to scam in this new field.  Get your stuff somewhere else for your own protection.

I've had a batch of my comments deleted from Black Arrows heavily censored thread, so I'm just going to repeat my warning here for posterity regarding their black arrow ewallet and their past scammy behaviour:
"As a past Black Arrow Victim I would have to warn everyone to tread carefully or stay away. Your ethics, customer service victim support, and engineering ability are totally below any acceptable standard in the modern world."

PoS is not even worth it and continues to take a bit hit to my wallet and can't even resell it for a fraction of the cost.

The consumer council and the HK police have been poking them with a sharp stick recently. With a bit of luck maybe we can see some refunds or at least some charges laid against these crooks.
