The consumer council and the HK police have been poking them with a sharp stick recently. With a bit of luck maybe we can see some refunds or at least some charges laid against these crooks.

scammers will always get whats coming to them eventually...to be honest a stint in HK prison for fraud is probably like a stay at the hilton compared to prisons in Russia/USA. I think that would be the best outcome for them. If not they WILL piss off/con the wrong investors one day and then the story will read:

BA fucked themselves far more than their customers in the long run, because all we lost was some money, but these folks got a big windfall one-shot, but screwed themselves out of the life they could've had as a reputable respected company achieving great success. Now they have no personal incentive to achieve anything meaningful that will actually make themselves happy, and eventually the scammed money will run out, and they'll be back to square one having to do something even more fucked up to rake in more money. Whereas being an honest good actor could've potentially given them the kind of happy productive lives that the majority of their scammed customers probably have, despite having been fleeced.

I should add that BA did send me an e-mail in May (2015) stating that my order was ready for delivery a few days after I contacted the HK Consumer Counsel and had them request a refund on my behalf. The CC sent BA a response but it's now mid October and still haven't received anything. The miners are obsolete garbage now, I want my money back and if they insist on delivering hardware I want $5k worth. i.e two Bitmain S7s or equivalent in current Bitfury hardware.

This was most certainly a planned scam from the very start, these guys have a history of online scams back in Romania. Alex (BA CEO) has been convicted of credit card fraud as part of a network of fraudsters and fled to the UK.

Black Arrow is current offering compensation to their customers for being lied to and stolen from in the form could mining. Customers are required to send more money to receive this offer.

I recently posted some comments to the BA main thread regarding the HK police investigation and they got deleted but I think he's doing it manually now.

It's not surprising that the HK police were unable to do anything as the only parts of the company that were in HK was a P.O. box and an HSBC bank account. The Reading police in the UK were also unable/unwilling to do anything.

This company lied to get my money and kept it without delivering any product, Alexandru Ion SOVU and his company(s) are thieves.
