Slimcoin, please, add "sendrawtransaction" to the RPC interface.

Why?

I'm creating a transaction server which creates the transactions from scratch, and i'm not going to implement the whole protocol because that's pointless currently. So, it would be nice if the slimcoin wallet/daemon had this json-rpc command to allow sending the aforementioned transactions to the network.

If this is implemented, i'll enable slimcoin for my IAPs system Smiley

Hi, guys. what i need to do for synchronyse after 15157 block?

Are you stuck on that block. Getting stuck there happens when you update the client by did not delete the addr.dat, blkindex.dat, and blk0001.dat files. Delete those files, add the nodes on the OP sample config, and restart and you should sync.

Thanks! it work)

So what will happen when I find a PoB block? When will I find it? So far burned 1.430847 SLM, running slimcoind -daemon 24/7 and nothing for three days. How can I verify it is working properly? slimcoind calcburnhash always says "unable to calculate burn hash" and with printAnyways option set to true the hash is all f's.

It seems i reached my 1% target on burning, think i go to 2% Smiley

Found two small PoB blocks past hours, 19.11 and 19.12

"Net Burnt Coins" : 1296.07187200,
"Effective Burnt Coins" : 1109.06803900,
"Immature Burnt Coins" : 179.28000000,
"Decayed Burnt Coins" : 7.72383300

"nBurnBits" : "1d021bc2",
"Formatted nEffectiveBurnCoins" : "101851.805624"

((1109.068039+179.28) / 101851) * 100 = 1.265% of the network

While burning all coins i mine, i'm slowly going up in % of the network

"Net Burnt Coins" : 1581.85453500,
"Effective Burnt Coins" : 1523.40332800,
"Immature Burnt Coins" : 47.81000000,
"Decayed Burnt Coins" : 10.64120700

"nBurnBits" : "1d01c36a",
"Formatted nEffectiveBurnCoins" : "121805.056056"

((1523.403328+47.81) / 121805) * 100 = 1.289% of the network

PS: I'm finding only 1 PoB a day, sometimes two.. size 18.06 SLM

I think that's correct , same for me.

My main problem is: Everybody burn approximately at the same rate as me and my percentage remains almost constant.
The issue is that increasing the number of burnt coin affect the number of coin by block and the profitability as well as the rate of decayed burnt coins.

My main concern is: if I burn every coin I mine what will be the benefit future as first the reward is going down and second the decayed burnt coin is going up quickly Huh Huh

It is going to be very interesting to see where is the limit..... IE: When people are going to stop burning coins because the expectation of gain is going close to zero.

That's too little burnt coins to generate something in a long long time
Yay I found a PoB block! Smiley Wallet shows type "Mint by burn", Amount shows 28.967256; 324 confirmations. However when I double click the transaction I get:
Code:
Status: 324 confirmations
Date: 6/26/14 18:37
From: unknown
To: SiQhkWv9BaCSeUyfgNuLvE9AjFXXtDudgP (yours)
Credit: 0.1048 SLM
Net amount: +0.1048 SLM
Transaction ID: b818968023b45e6000319e1da3136acf88b58cc6f6a163d807d076d1990cb2cd
How come? Wallet balance is no close to 28 SLM. Are 510 confirmations needed again or did I really get just 0.1048 SLM? Why does 'Amount' show 28.967256 then?

bug, ignore the transaction tab for "mint by burn"

to see if you acually burned something, type the following in the debug window

Code:
listtransactions "*" true

You can also into the console type getinfo,
if you have any POB you should have something diff of zero in  :    "newmint" : 0.00000000,

Anyway, with 1.4 burnt coins your chance to catch a block is very low, ( at least 5 years 24/7 )

Stumbled upon this coin and needed some time to get a better understanding.

If im right the initial coins get generated by PoW.
These coins can then be used for PoB mining.
The more coins you Burn the bigger the chance is you will find a PoB block.
After some time the rewards on PoW goes down and reward of PoB goes up.
So to get into the PoB flow you need to Burn your coins.
This makes PoW coins scarce and will drive up the exchange price.
Also if you keep burning your rewards your power increases on the network and your rewards willbe bigger.

Sound to me like the best Ponzi in life isnt it?
Also i dont see nothing about PoS and the reward structure on this?

Can someone maybe clear these thing up, thx  Smiley

Anyway interesting concept for sure!!

Didn't noticed this coin untill today..
