I dunno I like the approach of not jumping on every bandwagon in the coin scene. Anon wallets have hype today but will anyone care in two weeks?

i agree with not jumping on bandwagons. however anon transactions are becoming a requirement for any coin these days. i think it's what a lot of people want.

If you've seen details on PinkCoin's web anon service implementation we would certainly be happy to review them and consider implementing something similar. We're skeptical of all claims of "anonymous transactions" being implemented in short timeframes though, considering that Bitcoin core developers, DarkCoin's Evan Duffield, and many other very talented developers have been working on for months/years.

super block rewards will dump the price i would suggest you avoid it and keep the same  block reward until mining ends. What exactly is the purpose of this coin? any innovation from it?

it actually seems fairly useful and probably easy to implement. i can tell its main problem is a central point of failure.

This is not enough, what attracted me here is the dev being active in the thread and he seems to want to make this work.

But with 2.7 M total coin if you can manage something innovative this could have a huge potential.

I agree its a nice start , but to keep it going theres a need for innovation. Im not into here to bash i want the dev to clarify futur plans a bit more.

Note that 2.7M is the absolute maximum during the PoW mining period, but in reality there will be less because of PoS blocks. Some variance is possible depending on the total number of PoS blocks created during the PoW period, but our rough estimates put the total at closer to 2.1M.

That means there will be approximately 28% less coins than some of you may be expecting, and that each coin should be potentially priced 28% higher according to the laws of supply and demand.

As we've repeatedly said from the beginning, we do have a few very innovative ideas planned; however, we're not rushing to hype announcements just for the sake of doing so. We'll announce them as they are ready, or when we are *very* confident in our delivery timeframe for a given item.

Alright, Since your not rushing it can you keep up the actual block rewards instead of the 2X block rewards starting tomorrow?

I think this will just attract more dumpers into mining it.

that's silly because you would need to fork the coin

No, we're not going to change the specifications of the coin now just because one guy on bitcointalk asked us to -- sorry DailyModo Smiley

Aside from that, our research and analysis shows that the 2x SuperBlocks for the last day of mining will yield the opposite effect. They will draw a lot of attention and hashrate to the coin, which will cause mining difficulty to rise for the last day and increase the coin's value. Also, note that due to our long maturity requirements (1200 confirmations) on mined blocks, any effects of SuperBlocks are delayed and spread out over time... meaning that the increased attention to the coin will precede any effect on price from the increase in block rewards.
