I'm quite new with both nxt&nem and don't want to make any mistakes.
Could you put a simple answer?

Back to utopianfuture, as an asset issuer, or those who owns issued token and sell  me them on AE.

Once NEM will be created (all the NEM coins will ever exist) you will be able to exchange your NEM tokens for real NEM.


To do so you will have to send the NEM token to utopianfuture, who in return will send you the equivalent of NEM coins to the NEM address you control.
