Ajochems says he would like a couple more days for his personal UAT. After that, he will be compiling binaries for you guys to kick the tires on. That being said, you are free to pull down the GUI-2.0 repo and compile the current version in the meantime. Mind you the compile step can take a very long time evidently.

Moving to Puerto Rico...

Tomorrow i will release the new wallet to those that sent me a PM to test it, there are still 3 spots left so if you want to be the first to test the new wallet let me know. I will also give two Prypto codes of 1 CSC each to all testers to try out the new Prypto redeem page in the wallet! If no mayor issue arise from the testers i will release the wallet to the general public as soon as possible after that but no later than Friday 4th of december.

After tomorrow my first priority will be the OSX wallet release, so hang in there!

Finally at long last! I will get the chance to see the brand new wallet for CasinoCoin, after some time that the previous version was released. It is a good thing CSC is back in development, after being abandoned for some time. Looking forward to the public release.  Grin

Hope no one minds, I think about cryptos and their use a lot and I came up with what I think is a pretty cool novel wallet idea especially if this will actually see use in casinos.

A poker chip that has the coin logo on one side, and a QR code for the wallet address on the back.

It might also be worthwhile to create a poker home game site to help people gather for homegames and they could use casinocoin to buy in\cash out with an app that can scan the qr codes. I believe that increasing homegame use would also help drum up support for casinos to become an adopter.

This is a freaking awesome idea, a way to bring CSC into the real world without requiring fiat casino's.

@CSC devs. Please get on Bittrex. Al it takes is 3 BTC iirc. Maybe open an address for donations?

The problem is, Cryptsy is probably dying. And if not, withdrawal problems will stay.
When Cryptsy dissappears, it will be the end of CSC, a lot of volume will just disappear, Mt Gox like.

Please take action now to keep this coin alive and let's work together to get on Bittrex and get the most of the CSC volume over there.

Poloniex would be even better, but is far much harder to get listed on of course. Focus on Bittrex, shouldn't be too hard to accomplish. CSC has to jump ship now before it sinks!!

I still do not quite understand what problems exist with cryptsy.

Why do you say that's dying Huh you know, I was also victim of MtGox, and liked to have data on concrete. I do not want to be more often the victim ...

I yesterday while testing the new wallet, asked for a transfer of cryptsy and another alcurEX.

The transfer of cryptsy arrived in minutes, transfer alcurEX still "processing"

I'm in the Cryptsy chat for almost every day for months now. I actively defended Cryptsy, but this has come to a stop now. The last weeks even the regulars on Cryptsy in the chat are complaining WD's are stuck. And now I have WD problems myself as well. When WD'ing it is being done in small batches (I'm talking WD'ing DGB for example). So I have to pay A LOT of fee's to get something out.
Of course I created a ticket, they "are looking into it" never to been heard of again. Like others told me the last months too (and I denied believing).

WD'ing BTC seems impossible at all, for months/weeks now. Or takes weeks to complete. Also see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1173703.0
Also see the total volume on Cryptsy, it's gone. CSC depends on Cryptsy... let's say Cryptsy stays for a while, I can tell for sure the users are moving away, declining the total volume even more. Nobody will have a look at CSC anymore when that's happening. We need safety and at least get on Bittrex as well.

When CSC was listed in alcurEX, I tested it. Withdrawal received in minutes. Write to support and ask why it takes so much time. I think they have meaningful answer for You.

The problem with Cryptsy is not getting funds in, but getting them out.

please understand: I'm not defending the Cryptsy despite my +12000 negotiations cryptsy.

I just said what happened yesterday, neither more nor less. I do not advocate the need to always open tickets in support of each exchange.

I just wanted to realize the seriousness of the comparison with MtGox.

I lost over 20BTC in MtGox.com, and any comparison with MtGox.com, let me on red alert.

At this time I will start by removing my CSC Cryptsy, just in case ....

Hope I'm not here tomorrow lamenting problems in the withdrawal

thanks for the clarification.

Of course, it is obvious that the more exchanges with CSC, better!

The wallet is pretty good indeed. It's one of the best wallets I've seen out there for an alt coin. There are many features including built in prypto card redemption, current market price and exchange list. Also, I have tried redeeming the Prypto code and everything worked out perfectly right out of the box. I'm willing to see the public release real soon. Congrats to the developer(s)!  Cheesy

We need safety and at least get on Bittrex as well.

please understand: I'm not defending the Cryptsy despite my +12000 negotiations cryptsy.

Their order books are super weird. That's why I didn't transfer to alcurEX yet. No buy support at all. About a single trade of CSC per day..
