So I have been watching and i think the rise in price is from everyone switching to the other exchange. the limeted coins on cryptsy has caused the price to skyrocket there we are still at 6k sat on the alcurEx. there are still a lot of sell orders(they are small) but the buy orders accumulate to a severely high amount of coins. I have had no issues with cryptsy but i guess others are; most of the coins that arent working are trash coins anyway and they are in maintenance now (have been for a while) but i assume that is because, like i said, they are trash coins anyway. cryptsy really needs to improve their de-listing program. but anyway the buy orders on cryptsy severely outnumber the sell orders.
EDIT also nice promo vid
Yup it's crazy on cryptsy right now. 8 hope all will be good!

I also haven't had any issues withdrawing from Cryptsy (just had to make 5-6 withdrawals to get all the coins out).
I think at the moment there is no reason for the price to skyrocket. In January when the announcement is made then it should start rising. Currently for people who don't exactly know what's going on they cant be sure Casinocoin to FIAT casinos is happening. I imagine no one would risk spending thousands of $ just for speculating (I may be wrong here bacause I don't know much about investing), although they can make a fortune with this. But after announcement in January I think we get a lot of investors onboard.

The price rise from 4k is from some people I know purchasing the coins. They aren't buying them to move back to BTC at another exchange. They are hoarding them straight up. So these are effectively removed from the market. Seriously, I know this for a fact. This is totally a musical chairs situation and someone is going to be caught out if it rips up and away in the not too distant future. Just a fair warning. Regarding Alcurex, the order book is certainly filling in nicely. Let's see more of that. Crypty is tanking IMHO. Their daily total trading volume for all coins is down overall ~80% from where is was a couple months ago best I can figure. As this gets closer to 0, it's going to be a real test to see if they have the coins to back their balances.

Btw, if you like the logo video, vote it up. I added a link to this thread. That may improve our google rankings a bit to push out the old thread from searches. https://youtu.be/8ChqJbd-CwcI've also asked the person who made it if we can removed the female verbiage at the end. I think that was left there by accident.

Can't bitcointalk admins or moderators redirect the old thread to new one?

By March let's create a foundation for the ongoing development and growth of Casinocoin. I'll put the structure together, but I'll need some help. We need to build a steering committee partially elected by member casinos and community. If you want be involved pm me. I think we can make something real and make something tangible. I won't kid you. It's never going to be easy. Just tell me if you are interested in building something real.

Yup it's crazy on cryptsy right now. 8 hope all will be good! CasinoCoin's price has been rising very fast. Right now it is at $0.04 per CSC and I have the feeling it might go even higher faster as soon as the Cryptsy issue is solved. If we manage to move trading activity to over alcurEx or alterDice, then it will have a huge effect on price. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for this one to reach $1 USD or higher. Just my opinion.

Exactly, this is why people are having issues withdrawing Bitcoin (who needs that trash coin anyway right, its completely useless and should get delisted amirite?) and can only get their coins out using a few alts that are still working (hence the increased alt prices). Sounds like you got it all figured out, bravah.

If this cryptsy thing don't get cleared up soon a lot of coins might take a hit as it is the primary market for a lot of coins. I can't even get .01 BTC out, and moving it to Doge immediately looses one third to inflated prices.

I just can't wait to hear you guys once we get to $0.25 hehe I definitely know its going to hit $1 what I cant wait for (i ment to say) 1+ btc with all of your improvements i can imagine that day isnt too far away:) I havent lost faith in cryptsy but negitive publicity really sucks in such a small community. But for anyone out there my PSA is never keep all of your alts on an exchange, in such a new community you should only keep like 10 percent on an exchange. these things take time to have reliability (especially when its a community of nerds), if you upset one person you get a DDOS attack. I had no issues with with withdrawling 500 CSC i know its not alot but it was still ~10% of my coins (still have 100 there just for trading cause like i said still havnt given up on cryptsy). exchanges are just banks they hold your coins and use them to make more money. while you have a number value there they still have to pay employees so you cant actually garuntee that any coins are there on any exchange its the same reason people still keep cash and dont use banks. also I havent tried withdrawing btc but i have had no issues with alts(my primary market)which i feel is the purpose of cryptsy(its a home for alts)

I have seen no issue withdrawing altcoins expect LTC, but most people want to withdraw BTC, that is reason thee take the coins there, to convert them. But for that to work enough people with BTC have to be willing to deposit them and trade for something else. I wonder if they whole thing is indicator of lack of confidence in Altcoins. Without BTC flowing in the model would seem to have difficulty working. I see no other market with the some level of activity in altcoins, many aren't even listed elsewhere anymore so it is important.
