Permanent 10% per year? Also 40% in the first week?
This will bring the coin down faster than Attila did to the empire.

Grin Indeed....the 10% permanent yearly is not that high... we have a lot other coins that give the same return. The weekly % looks like Yellowcoin and it didn't destroy yellowcoin.

actually too much premine/ipo

You have a GOOD POINT here. DEV can this be adjusted!!!???

And you have coins that proved during 3 or 4 years of existence that is not that big deal? Of course not.
And yellowcoin , 1 month old coin?

There are crappier coins that survived for 1 year since the last altcoin boom in may 2013 , let's see how many of those pos 10% will make it 2015.

Good point.... but everything is again based on HOW MUCH DEV is working!!! and not just DEV, how much is DEV and COMMUNITY working together... how much dilution do you have with a normal POW coin? They don't jump to POS but coins are being added and added and added... i like the ideas of POS because it will reduce the cost for miners, ok, maybe you're 100% right that it will put some kind of pressure on the coin, but that happens with POW coins too...

What will happen when only a few people put money on the BTC account? For example when you only receive .10BTC, will all the IPO coins go to him? or will you cancel the IPO coins that were not bought? I hope it will be the first. Putting .10BTC at risk for 3,000,000 coins out of a 100,000,000 coin. Then i will just promote it like crazy and earn big money  Grin

The IPO coins will not be cancelled. So if nobody buy in for IPO then all those coins will go to Pre-mine, if one person put in 0.10BTC then he will receive all the coins (if he was the only person invested in IPO)

Rules :

Nobody pay for IPO -> 3,000,000 will be added for pre-mine
One person pay for IPO (it doesn't matter what amount) -> ALL coins will go to him
Two persons pay for IPO -> All coins will be split over those 2 persons based on the % that they own on the total deposit BTC amount.

Some more information of myself:

Yes, i'm now here on Bitcointalk, but that doesn't mean that i'm a scammer or cheater. Already a few people message me to help out setting up a block explorer, etc. I'm a student of 28 years old (female, if it matters) and i'm working in marketing. I've been in contact with bitcoins  a few months ago, after i was reading a article about mtgox. At that moment i said, a lot of people lost their money, and that is sad, so i've created this coin to show to the world that not everybody is a cheater or so.

A logo is currently being created by someone.

Maybe it is a shitcoin, but my mother always told me, my dear, just try it and you will never know what happens....

Is there any particular reason why you are not willing to use an escrow for the IPO? Especially when you are offering a too good to be true offer?

Wall of text and no answers to the escrow request?
Not a good start for an IPO coin.

Since it says to be launched on the 28th of May , how can you expect the wallet or the code to be public?
The website , I admit , could have been done and gone live.
