Yes....i knew yesterday was gona repeat itself.

Once again, buying in at 150k and selling at 190k in 12 hrs.  Grin Grin Grin

easy money

Read the whitepaper looks interesting but how do you prevent DDOS since there's no masternode ?

P2P Anonymity actually only delivers the recipient's addresses throught encrypted channel. But how is that anonymous any more than if the recipient mail the addresses with pgp encrypted mail?
It doesn't do any transaction mixing etc. so it is still possible to analyze the the transaction chain with taint analysis.
Cheesy

your point is moot (has no practical relevance) since the whitepaper is under revision and the tech still under development

and ill give u one of these as well…  Cheesy

So this coin has no known plan for anon features.   Just a completely discredited whitepaper and...  some sort of 'secret' development going on?

That's cool, but let's be up front about it- CRYPT has no published plan for anonymity.

That seems true. Dev must come up with some new plan.

However, if dev come up with some newer version of whitepaper, it should be very good and it should have some technically very sound solutions. Otherwise CRYPT community might again be at high risk of new "security analysis" FUD:

Price will probably go down again to around 80k-130k sats, seeing this is pumped by litecoin whales and litecoin price suddenly rising after crypt hype LoL. Thanks for quadrupling my btc though, see you till the next organize crypt hype or when it's going to the "moon" again  Grin

Which article about CRYPT on cryptolife.net are you referring to? Can you post a link? Last article was about DRK, not CRYPT.

This may be true. But they can still publish some document about this new whitepaper from dev ("security audit" or whatever it will be called). If new whitepaper won't be perfect, then we can expect another price big drop.

Hey Cryptcoin Dev Mindfox, care to answer to these PROVEN allegations?

http://pastebin.com/zcn65Eez/

^this link shows that mindfox was involved in the whitecoin pump and dump scam. He jumped on the team and everyone poured money into the coin; hours later the coin crashed.

 http://www.reddit.com/r/CryptCoin/comments/28e8be/security_analysis_of_cryptcoins_cryptcast_feature/

^this link sheds light on the fact that Cryptcoin is ALL HYPE, there is no anonymity feature whatsoever, it is simply a pump and dump waiting to implode.

_______________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________

Investors please be weary of these alarming findings. Seriously I just sold my last 3.4k CRYPT, this is really shady stuff.

I demand that mindfox be removed from the team, in the mean time I'm selling all of my coins in protest.

Holy shit, I have 16.3 bitcoins 100% in Cryptcoin but am dumping all immediately, this is extremely alarming!! I invested in whitecoin, I cannot afford to lose my precious bitcoins like that again!!!!!!!!!!! WTF

Anyone buying now please beware, this is truly eye opening information. BE CAREFUL DO NOT BUY.

Mindfox was involved in the peer review of XC code, the one that people spreading FUD requested. Days later Cryptcoin was launched and now Mindfox is the lead developer. The thing is that XC still has the p2p protocol, the EXACT thing that he is working on right now for CRYPT, but its already in the wallet. This means that Mindfox took the source code from the wallet he reviewed, stole it, and is now racing to implement it into CRYPT. This can be proven as the technology already exists within the XC client. Furthermore, CRYPT has no ambitions of blockchain 2.0, its simply being manipulated in price so that whales can make a boatload of money before the crash. This lack of goals for the future should strike anyone as alarming, as CRYPT's future is short sided.

This scam is spreading, and people are caught up in the hype, but this cannot go unquestioned.

If he is trying to rip off the code just goes to show... XC knows what it's doing...... If this is true though it is not exactly a vote of confidence for Crypt.. I doubt XC will be doing peer review of code again in a hurry....

I just woke up, did this guy seriously rip off our code? Lack of innovation, hype, pump and dump; Holy shit these investors are about to lose their money. How do people sleep at night?

https://twitter.com/chunkmonke/statuses/479295485807984640

To anyone and everyone get out while you still can. There is nothing backing this pump and dump, and just like I said, it's happening. The instamine is being dumped onto the markets and developers are cutting ties.

The only scam here is you. Post with your true ID or get out. We aren't listening to you and anyone who does is a noob.

What do we know about the CRYPT dev? Do we know his real life identity? Does he actually posts on bitcointalk?

I would also like to post answer to this Reddit:

http://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/28kea5/what_do_we_know_about_anonymous_coin_developers/

If the community doesn't put anything there, then it will look like the whole CRYPT development is, well, shady. However, the best response would be from the dev himself.

Actually he is one of the most respected devs in the community and yes, he responded to someones FUD tentative in a previous post.

Search and you'll also find a leak on pastebin in which he talks about the future implementation of anon and many other possible functions. The team doesn't want to give exact release date but end June seems very likely.

He has posted in the this thread before, go look back a few dozen pages.  The guy is super smart and really busy working on this feature.  Everyone has their dick in a wad over anon and whos doing it.  Its getting done by a dev that another dev from XC praised, is that not enough said right there?  When its time it will be released.  Not stupid idiots reddit sub is gonna change that.  End of june..thats 2 weeks away.  Hold your nuts till then.

I tried this link, but it doesn't work for me. I've never used IRC before so I might be doing something wrong (says something about some connections are not allowed or something).

Can someone contact the dev on irc and ask him if he is willing to post some of his info? Maybe here or even on Reddit directly.
