Price plummets from 95k to 38k and still going down, all after the 'update.' This is what hyping/announcing an update that should never have been pre announced or hyped will do to investor confidence. I really hope this is not another scam.

It's funny how everyone screams for an update, then when one is given and the hype dies they complain about it.

I'm not talking about the update, but the hype behind it. Hyping an update before giving the update is bad business. Why say 'stay tuned right here, update will be given in a few hours.' Then a few hours later say, 'New update! We will be updating again within 2 days.' Im paraphrasing, but I'm sure you get the point. It's unnecessary hype that manipulates the price short term, and ruins investor confidence long term..don't believe me, just look at the charts and when the announcements were made. I've invested in this coin so don't worry I'm not fudding, call it brutal honesty.

I agree with you. Remember we are dealing with coders and not business pros here. I'm betting on  this coin.

But they are business pros enough to do this hype campaign. Dont think that there are only coders involved in this project. P&D Crew is probably a part of it.

Nevertheless I dont think its a scam and price will go up again. Im still holding coins. I only cashed out my investet BTC.

Just so people know, Pinkcoin has had working anon for a few days; no-one has called BS on them yet (although the Darkcoin trolls might not have sniffed out Pinkcoin yet).  The devs there don't believe in hype at all so their launch didn't get much attention.  Check them out and see if non-FUDsters start finding problems with their anon solution.  Kind of a wierd coin; like another poster said somewhere the feeling is like something designed by pink obsessed really brilliant Japanese school girls.

It would be cool if Cryptcoin actually has something.  To be honest it isn't looking good with the white paper that keeps getting pushed back, suspiciously enthusiastic newbie accounts, etc.  My strat is to just wait until the release and then if everything is good then sell off my XC and buy in.  It might cost me more money but if there's nothing Cryptcoin will start selling below Flappybird.  It is an awful feeling watching your money just magically shrink: I am going through that with XC now even though the charts say it will rebound and they have (buggy) tech that basically seems to do what they say it does.
