Hi I give up. Macs are so annoying trying to find the file is hard enough then on windows, how do I transfer the coins sent to that unsynced wallet to another address??? I've changed the mining address to my windows wallet now,
Thanks a lot for your help
Hi Krushang, no worries! It's very easy on Mac OS X: 1. Close your client. 2. Launch Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder ~/Library/Application Support/SuperCoin 3. Put your supercoin.conf file in this folder, launch client and let it sync. I've prepared the sample config of the ANN for your convenience, you may download it here.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Can't we code something that makes it impossible for exchanges to PoS ? Would be nice to be the first alt coin who has this coded.
For example, making PoS impossible for wallets when coins have been moved within 1 hour (or something like that) ?
Ofcourse the exchange could create a wallet for PoS and a wallet for trading, but it's one single thing to code and could effectively keep a big amount of the coins from being staked by exchanges, without really bothering anyone else.
Imagine you'd code several of these 'obstacles' for exchanges just like the example i gave, and implement all of them in the coin source, together they could make it really hard for exchanges to stake a big amount of our coins. Without annoying the personal stakers, ofcourse.
Just an idea !

Thanks for idea, exchanges uses no different wallet than yours. Some exchanges can share PoS revenues with users, C-CEX is such a exchange...

Open a console and do 'cd ~/Library/Application Support' do a 'ls' and see if you have SuperCoin dir, if not, start supercoin client and then exit it, the SuperCoin dir should be created. Be careful about the case.

Devs do you have a rough time period for when the anon wallet will be working sound enough to be incorporated into the main network?

we are fixing some minor issues we found, the key is to make the features robust. We may need 1-2 weeks before we can put it in the main network.

Are you also working on the p2p decentralized anon in parallel? Seems other coins are announcing that they will release their's soon... Anyways, I know this coin is not your full time job so only do what you can.

Block reward halving in less than 18 hours now!
(Meaning daily inflation & PoW multipool dumps will drop significantly)

All I can tell you is that completely decentralized system is much more complex, it will involve mini and self-contained escrows, mutlisig addresses/tx, a lot more security measures etc. Otherwise we'd go directly to phase-2. We are very capable and qualified team, we are able to deliver. Let others hype, and you will see who actually delivers

Going by how quick you were in making phase 1 anon public, I think it's time for me to buy more. lol
