For people with 50kw+ of requirements we can host you in Sweden at some of the best rates available. Our main advantage is that we are just 60km outside of the Arctic circle and hence we can run 'free air' cooling for 360+ days per year.
Full details available at our website.
http://www.hydro66.com/
For more information either use the contact details on that site or I can answer them here.
Our sister company MegaMine (www.megamine.com) has 100's of TH/s running already and we can arrange capacities up to 1MW to be available in weeks, 10-100MW in 2-4 months.
J
What are your power rates for 50kw customers?
What is your maximum rack density?
What would 50kw (split in two racks) cost?
Feel free to reply via pm.
Sorry for the delay in replying.

We are generally not space limited, and have an "open rack" architecture to maximise air-flow around the hosting room. Maximum density per meter width is around 10kW but it more depends on the air-flow through your equipment. If you let us know what miners you are looking to host we can generally give you some advice about how they would fit in best to you.

We are quite happy with public prices. Our list price starts at $0.18 per kWh all in (space, power, cooling, security, remote power reboot etc.) but come down quickly the more you buy, and we can provide a more structured price list for people that give us a 3, 6, 12 month plan of their likely increases. That gives an annual hosting figure for 50kW of 50 * 0.18 * 24 * 365 = $78,840 or $6,570 per month or $131.40 per kW per month.

One distinct advantage with Hydro66 is our power grid has not had an outage in the last 30 years. This gives us the confidence to offer very high SLA's on power availability, maximising your earning time.

If you drop Paul a mail on the contacts page (http://www.hydro66.com/)with your specific requirements he can give you a tailored quotation.

Hope that helps.

Justin

North Wales (UK) Mining Host

Here’s a little about myself so you have clear understanding what I’m providing. I’m a 21 year old from North Wales with no job at the moment, I’ve got an interests in computers so I came around understanding Bitcoin around 4 months ago, and helped my dad invest in 6 x S1 Antminer, I’ve been hosting and maintaining his hardware since, so I thought I could provide space for others as I have a 2.5meters x 2meters shed, also with air con to keep your baby’s cool.

Using 1KW = £100 a month MAX
                  $200 a month MAX

I understand that you will have extra costs of shipping hardware, willing to give couple of free hosting time due to that nature. Contact me with your hardware spec and quantity, larger the quantities better the deal!

Client Options:-
•   Hardware can be delivered by post to UK
•   Pay for shelf space and electricity, set up hardware yourself at my location

Willing to accept crypto coins or bank transfer

Sorry for the delayed response on this..
Yes, we're happy to configure your machine for you. Typically, this is such a quick process, that we don't charge to do the configuration.

Rich

Thanks, will bear you in mind for future purchases or when existing hosting contracts need renewing Smiley

Sounds good, we'll be here when you're ready!

Speaking of..
No contracts with us either Wink Month to month.
The lack of tied down commitment is nice to offer!

I sent my "test" sp10 off to a nice and hopefully permanent vacation in Iceland today.

As my local post office gave me the dirt cheap rate of 66€ for a medium speed shipment (max. 4 days estimate) I didn´t bother with DHL Express (which would have cost me 300€+).

My equipment should therefore be ready between Thursday and Friday, and i will be giving a detailed report then.

It will also mean that i will probably lose the "race" to Iceland proposed by RoadStress, and you will hopefully get some information from him sooner. (However, i will come out on top concerning expenses Wink )

Atleast that should be the case, unless customs decides to play a game of server roulett, which one will be cleared first?

Until then, keep crushing those numbers.

Saw it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=640159.0

I have 1 SP10 hosted with MinerSource.net and still have another SP10 in transit for like 9 days now. I am starting to think USPS lost my SP10... 0 updates on Tracking site for 6 days now. Can only call up to enquire after it's late for 5 days (Monday). May have to consider paying that extra $150 for using proper couriers next time.

Cheers,

I am sending one sp10 to Iceland, to test everything out.
Will report back at the middle of next week, as everything should be set up by then.

I will have direct access to the miner via webinterface, and i will post some screenshots.

Bitcoin Payment soon! I have suggested them to setup bitcoin payment and they told me that they will put pressure on the CFO to do that. Hooray!

This is the most important thing. Sending 1000's of euros to Iceland once a month is not easy for everyone. Everyone except Bitpay offices in Amsterdam, that is. Anyone from Advania or Hydro66 to comment there?

Hi.

I am not optimistic that we will accept Bitcoins as payment any time soon. If this will be setup the earliest would be around October, if my CFO will listen to my reason  Smiley

I hope that this will not stop you from using our Colocation services in Iceland.

Bitpay always accepted - just ask us to be invoiced, or we actually perfer bitcoin direct as we can always give you a far better rate - we will always convert at the megamine.com mid price (www.megamine.com - down the bottom on the left).

In addition we are perfectly happy to set rates for term contracts at a fixed number of bitcoins. There is, of course, an element of hedging margin compared to the spot rate when we do that, but it gives miners some certainty about the cost in their earnings for hosting.

It would seem very strange to us that someone would offer bitcoin miner hosting and not accept bitcoins in return - shows a lack of faith in your customer's operations to me.

Hi.

We are hosting thousands of mining rigs today from many different clients, us not accepting Bitcoin as payment has not been a problem so far.

My company investing in millions of euros worth of facilites for miners shows a lot of faith in the industry I believe.

Personally I would like for my company to accept Bitcoins but it is not just up to me  Smiley

I persuaded my company to invest in facilites for miners so maybe I can persuade them to start accepting Bitcoins as well. But until then its just EUR or USD.

Ægir Rafn
