Wow
Someone really trying to keep price down... spit out 18K sell.
Whoever this is, or people, are trying to set up walls to keep the price down it looks like.
Maybe someone just trying to capitalize on short-term profits? If so they better buy back in quick, this might backfire

I do think someone has been trying to surpress this, pressure now though is just too great, can see us really taking off next few days... Especially if the suppressor wants to buy his lost coins back!

There is no suppression going on that I can see. This is normal. There are always waves, but the trend is upward.

Many people do that if they dont understand how wales manipulate the walls like that. Funny thing is I am almost double my investments when I bought ~ 90K.

So I miss the topic for like half a day and spacebus is launching, geez. I don't even have half the XC I want. We need big fat whales to keep the price low before rev2!
As to the roadmap itself, one word that comes to mind is "sexy". Its presentation and simplicity is met by very, very few other coins. Now, I am dissatisfied with two things, first, there is no date for rev2.5, which is understandable but just makes me a saaaaad panda. Secondly, TOR stick is sooo far away :/ , I loved it, need it NOW!!

Patience mate, remember,
Coin is just approaching 6 weeks old, I would rather see things ticket off one by one, see them working then move to the next item, than have tons of targets that start to get stretched and interconnected with meaningless dates.. A clear simple plan is always the best way to go.
Also don't make the mistake of tieing yourself to "too" many dates, over deliver rather than under deliver is always again a much better stategy... Especially when some people will constantly be pouring over delivery dates...
Just look at DRK, they keep giving dates and just delivering failed update after failed update..... I would rather just have a timetable that can be delivered on...

Good things come to those that wait. Think of it as a "long term" investement. I think many people unless you have gobs of money will tell you the same thing. I take this from personal exp of course. I did something simular about a little over a year ago with a coin.... forgot about it for 6+ months. At the time I kinda put mining on a back burner, I had about 200 dollars at the current going rate at that time.... 6 months later I turned it around into 17K profit. To be honest, this coin has 10x of the potential if not more than that coin did. Its finding that one diamond in the rough... that is the hard part. I gave up chasing the next pump and dump coins for ones with real potential.

This is nothing like DRK because XC actually DELIVERS on what they say they are.

Hi Everyone, Looking around the web, coinpayments.net is the best solution for a cryptocurrency merch store. However they don't accept XC and I think that needs to change. I'm trying to open an xc merch store for now with the XC tor stick but soon other things too and the only problem is the payment solution. Here is the request page: https://www.coinpayments.net/coinreqCoin Name: XCurrency - XC Coin Website: xc-official.com Exchanges the Coin is On: Mintpal, Cryptsy and BTER Average Block Time: 1-2min Recommended Number of Confirms: 6 This their twitter: https://twitter.com/CoinPaymentsNETThis their facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CoinPaymentsI think you all now what do with that info. So it says on the website that once coins have been requested we dont need to request again... I can't see any other way to help speed the process up. Should we keep requesting through that form, or can we just email their customer support with all the badass pdfs about XCs future so they'll realize they need to accept it? Anyone have experience with this site or know what will work best?

There'll be dumps. You'll get your chance to accumulate. Yep set yours @ like 145K or something we might touch that. Dont fall for the buy walls though.... many use that in order to get people to go above that only to withdraw the wall and let it dive some more leaving you buying at a higher price. Sell whatever pump and dump coin you got now and get in if I was you... I dont think these prices will stay this way as low as they are for long.

That roadmap is laid out perfectly. you have a date for ref2 which should create enough hype for the insiders who know whats coming, then you have rev2.5 to keep the hype going with some extra feats and ui and then bam REV3 with full maketing force, tor sticks shipping, media reporting i'm sure. its like the barney stinson get psyched mix of crypto, up up up, if i only had a car to sell

Staking XC - 101
For those looking to stake XC, it takes on average about 10-15days to stake, you can spread your coins into smaller blocks (blocks of 50 XC's) for a more consistent pay out strategy or you can keep larger blocks.
The optimal block size is from 10 to 5000, with 50 to 500 being the "sweet" spot.
blocks of less than 10 should be combined.

There'll be dumps. You'll get your chance to accumulate. All of my "crypto" money went up in smoke when Silkcoin went under I had been mining Vertcoin since it came out and had accumulated a good pile and sold it off to buy XC, but sold XC when it had it's big drop and then invested in Silkcoin. So back to the long slow mining road again.
