I'm confused, I thought in order to settle the scammer thread that 66 would be brought, not the entire lot now?

I have 141 shares according to one of your PM originally, then I sold 4 shares to another RSM shareholder in a private deal, which I have CCed the information in the PM to you. Now I have 137 RSM shares. ( So I don't know where "143 shares" comes from)

I have been offering to sell all the 137 RSM shares at BTC0.299/share (a deep discount compared to your 0.41 buy back offering), but 66 shares is enough to settle the scam accusation.  (So I don't know where BTC0.29 comes from)

OK the wallet contains around BTC34.xx so we could buy at least 113 shares, right now at BTC0.299 each if Evolex also agrees.  Your remaining 23 could be traded on BTC-TC or I will buy them once I'm receiving dividends.

I'm confused, I thought in order to settle the scammer thread that 66 would be brought, not the entire lot now?

Yes would the purchase of at least 113 shares at BTC0.299 right now as long as Evolex agrees put your scammer branding quest to bed.

We have listed on - https://btct.co/security/RSM - and are just waiting for approval and to send the exchange operators our shareholders list.

Don't forget to unlock it after you've created it.  Until you unlock it no one can vote.

Cheers.

Done thanks.

We currently have 2,800 shares all though we may be destroying 114 shares.  Could we do a stock split on the remaining shares by a factor of thirty.  So as that RSM's market capitalisation stays the same but the total amount of shares issued and everyone's holdings are increased by a factor of thirty.

Yes, if you pass the moderation, I could apply a [share count] * 30 multiplier at import time.

Cheers.

I may switch our hosting from Inaba aka Josh@BFL to BTCFPGA - (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=134264) - if it works out cheaper.  As Josh@BFL is not offering us merged-mining and is very difficult to get hold of.

Could you update the contract on BTC-TC?  I think the lack of contract is probably what is holding up the approval.  Smiley

Cheers.

So, Matthewh3, some other shareholders find back their shares, but you have not give my shares to me, nor you pay the buying back bitcoin.

Matthewh3, Why are you acting in such a scamming way??

I'm sorry. That mail was in the spam box and was not forwarded to my frequently used email.  I have already found my shares back on btct.co.

Can you PM me your GLBSE email address?  I'll check the list, see if you were on it.

Cheers.

Thank you. I have already claimed it back. It was stalled in my spam label and was not forwarded to my frequently used email.

@Matthewh3: With regarding our buy back contract, I still offering you to buy the 3420 shares of RSM for 34.086, which is lower than the market price now. I have reserved these shares for you or RSM to buy back.

If you were on the GLBSE list, you should have already received an email with details for claiming your shares.  If you did not receive it, check your spam folder.

Cheers.

Hope you dont mind Matthew, but figured I'd throw this out there and help out...

Ive been doing some work on the lists from GLBSE and btc-tc for Matthew to make sure all accounts were created ok on the transfer over, currently there are 3 accounts that got missed, I have given Matthew the details and I'm sure they will be sorted soon - if you have a concern that your account did not get created ok, email the glbse email address you used and I will confirm either a yes or no (no being you may have to bear with RSM for a couple of days whilst the account on btc-tc is sorted).

Naturally, these lists are sensitive, so no, I dont give any specifics out so please dont ask.

Cheers.
