If we did this then each share in the company would be worth 2.526315789MH/s@0.052631579W which is a big jump from 1.0435MH/s@0.0609W that is a big jump.  At current difficulty we would be generating ฿42.48 a week a dividend of ฿0.010526316 per share each week.

The ASIC won't be shipping until towards the end of the year but they should be taking pre-orders in August.  I think it's going to be very difficult to acquire one of these once they go public.  I'll put forward the motion early July.

The FPGA company we are getting the boards off is trying to get a bulk license so it comes free with new boards.  As we purchased our boards before they could get the license we may have to pay a small fee but that should be cheaper than elderytyrell individual prices.

I'm going to order our RaspberryPi very soon so we don't have to rely on my ageing PC which could die any time putting us in big trouble.  The total comes to £49.09 that's £9.99 for a 4GB SD card with the OS pre-installed ready to go,  £5.19 for power plug and £21.60 for the case-less RaspberryPi model B with £7.36 tax to pay.  The supplier has stated six weeks for delivery.  We only have about 12btc in our account which would only raise us about £40 so I may put the other £10 and transfer some shares to my personal account of that value. 
If you have not been following our supplier ModMiner thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=79637.60) they stated the PCB boards shipped from the manufacture yesterday on the 12/05/29 and as soon as he recieves them boards will start shipping very quickly.  So hopefully they should ship towards the end of next week.  Once we have received them the whole weekly dividend will double.

From the suppliers thread -

board(s) will be shipping either 06/04 or 06/05, we are building and testing the units this weekend and are shipping them and filling all orders this week.

The good news is future orders will not have to wait anywhere near as long and in a few weeks it is likely the wait will only be a couple days instead of a few weeks, we took some extra time here because we wanted to make some changes like adding a fan to every single chip for added performance.

Thanks for being patient but it will be worth the wait next week when you receive your unit

Our supplier Cablepair states in his ModMiner thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=79637.msg935765#msg935765) all boards should be shipping by tomorrow (2012/06/04) or the day after.  Once we have sold enough shares for board three with the new bitstream at today's difficulty the weekly dividend would be over 0.0053BTC per share.  That's also after deducting 2% of monthly profits or 1BTC which ever is greater for RSM to buy back its own shares for expansion and to increase the company's value.

Our supplier cablepair stated in his ModMiner thread the boards will be shipped this Friday (2012/06/08) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=79637.msg944709#msg944709 so get ready for the dividend to double.  Also by the time it arrives the new bitstream should be ready taking us from 800MH/s a board to over 1GH/s a board.
