Have you not checked out the last 2 weeks summaries from the dev team? PND is constantly being improved, and don't agree with your statement that they are spending too much time on irc. The devs that are active on IRC have been listed as 'community managers' or 'community outreach' anyways. Also I personally like how they are so accessible there compared to other alt coin developers.

Currently no PoS coins has a functioning android wallet (I think the issue lies with staking). The time and resources spent developing one from scratch could be used on much better high impact developments

I'm pretty sure that they are on the look out for whenever another PoS coin has successfully create one, so they can just modify the existing codes and roll it out with ease.

There is 1 coin that claims to have a POS android wallet and if you look into it, it's just a webwallet where the website is ported to the android app. Which basically makes it just another webwallet which is very insecure and can easily be hacked.
For us security comes first. We don't want anyone to lose their coins because someone managed to hack a webwallet website.
As you know we use the community chest for the bounty list. Well if the value of PND goes up, the commmunity chest is worth more which gives us a higher budget to create nice features for which the dev team currently doesn't have the skillset or the time.

If you're an android/IOS dev and think you can do a better job, feel free to come on irc and talk with us.

• 10 million PND: Fully developed/tested secure PND android wallet

x13 is not really a priority for us at the moment our great multipool expert is working on something else at the moment. The thing is that they always come up with new algorithms and new coins. 99% of these new coins are not of very good quality and are mainly pump and dump or very short POW-phase and after that POS. It takes a lot of effort into maintaining all the wallets which we already support. We will keep working on it, however at this point we have other things we're working on.
