for non-syncing wallets
1). CLOSE CLOAK WALLET.go to cloak folder.....ex in windows type %appdata% in start menu search bar....click on roaming....open cloak folder and place a file or create a file called cloakcoin.conf contents are something to this effect

I tried this i still got no sync it just stays stuck at 700 blocks remaining but it says last block recieved was 5 minutes ago? i tried the repair it said it repaired it but it still wont sync and all my coins are stuck in stake but they arent staking or getting any new blocks? Then it will jump to like 1900 blocks remaining i dunno lol i also never got the coins i cashed out from dedicated pool
