Scripts of course are are a basic part of the existing Bitcoin protocol. What I'm seeing them propose here is more of Etherium meets CryptoNote.  Neither of which are properties of the current Bitcoin protocol.

Perhaps if you read the question correctly, unless i am badly mistaken bitcoin is open source, just as bitshares, vertcoin and cryptonote are. All of which have idea's which are borrowed in the latest release of info.

If you need time, give yourselves a longer development period -- a month or 2 months or however much time you need but this time deliver on time, on the previously set date -- or before, should you finish your job earlier, noone will complain about delivering before due date I can guarantee that -- and don't push the release further away.

Actually if u read info correctly you will see posa v3 and onemarket both depend on Cecil to function although it is not entirely clear what part scripting will play in posa v3 and onemarket.
