windows 8 refuse to let me use wallet, virus?
Windows 8 has problems with different wallets not only this. When launched MaxCoin, Win8 users also been agry  Use Windows 7 it is second stable Windows OS after XP. |

what about wallet not syncing?
Use the .conf file. My wallet synced within a few seconds. I have named it "Honorcoin.conf" inside I put: rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 port=54551 rpcport=54553 listen=1 daemon=1 server=1 addnode=192.241.247.229 it is saved as .txt, but it has conf in name... will not sync :/ Save it as All file! It isn't a .txt file but a .conf file! If you save it as a .txt file, it will be Honorcoin.conf.txt, that's wrong! You have to save as All files, and name it Honorcoin.conf based to your reply I tried once more even though I had already before, I changed some of the steps I took before(in saving the conf) and it worked! thank you! |

Always works, if wallet don't crash with dlls errors etc. PS. Total Commander + Akelpad rules  |

Anyone else having issues compiling QT on linux..? Fails in Arch and debian
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:348: recipe for target 'honorcoin-qt' failed
keeps wanting to build in i386 for what ever reason even though its defined as X86_64
Fixed " make clean " was the hot ticket item here seems some old files were still laying around in the build directory
