For a decentralised anon currency, a global decentralised market makes more sense. Each individual should be responsible for their actions. Compliance issues may be faced, but in the end this is the purpose of decentralisation.

censorship will not give you anything positive. People are sick of being censored.
by developing and releasing an anonymous market you need to make peace with the idea that it may not always go hand in hand with the authorities.
Crypto world is there to defy the centralized systems controlled by banker cartels, lawmakers and government mules.

It is there to give freedom to the people. By imposing censorship on the market you will be just a part of the broken system.
Half of the laws out there make no sense and are there solely to limit freedoms of people.

I am not saying I am pro drugs, guns or hitmen, but I am saying that nobody should take the freedom of choice from people.

A decentralised market will be appealing to the masses. I can see lots of censored countries making great use of this.

Not only that, but from a non-illicit market, there are significant cost saving advantages. The platform may act to bypass costs of import/export, overseas gift limits, etc, simple practicalities  adding to globalisation.
