KingBB, did you put the conf file in the appdata/roaming/GoldReserve directory (if you use Windows)? Did you name the conf file goldreserve.conf? Wallet should work without conf file, you should wait like 5-10 minutes in the first time to sync...
Hi , i know , all other wallet works well without conf file. I made one with data from first page , and ut it in C:\Documents and Settings\xp\Application Data\GoldReserve folder, this is XP windows on VM. But it always keep back to some default address like one in log file Sad
Any idea ?

Anyone who got sync issues please read the first page under Wallet session.

Well, we got a block explorer and premine is transparent as well as the IPOs! So yes, weak hands dumped their coins as the price began to jump up!! There is no secret here, until Milestone I reached, price will fluctuate and people will sell their coins for a little profit or to pay electricity!

less than 6000 blocks to go and the block reward will be lowered to 100 XGR.

After that it's maybe easier to just buy XGR on one of the exchanges: https://www.allcoin.com/trade/xgr_btc

XGR the first crypto currency that will be backed by gold !!

The bank sector should stay

Did anyone intend to remove the bank sector?

I think the bank sector will stay, as they are experts in storeing value. So when Bitcoin and other altcoins will fully adapted, there should be a place, a tangible place where older people can go to store their digital money safely. My parents tied to the first hungarian bank and even there are other and better offers around they do not change, they have their accounts their.

There are certain people who do not like changes at all, they have to have a "safe" place as well.

So bank sector should stay but only with trimmed authorities and limited field of activities.

I think both digital and fiat will stay and have a purpose. A bank that offers service for both will be a true winner.  Cool

We are closer and closer to the reduced block reward! I will have some good news at the end of the week, so stay tuned and mine as many as you can!

The price is dipping as people do not see the true value of this coin. I admit achieving our goals take time, but it is only a matter of time. Good businesses did not pop out of thin air it needs to mature to reach its potential!

Hi! The website thould be updated to look better. Ive heard, that some people "turned around" becouse it looked so hastily put together.

As I have to update the website offen, I have to stick to this website design for a while. Later, I will upgrade it to a nicer form.

I have to add that most of the altcoins do not even have a website!
