I tried to plug the arsenal -1 and a final score of 2-1 to win the arsenal. why it is considered lost? it should draw or bet in return.
and I was used to bet elsewhere equally so in return as calculated draw

I did play westerlo vs anderlecht tonight.

I play : Away to win either half? : No
Anderlecht lost the first half! So they didn't win eiter half! Why is my bet lost?

Sorry for taking a while to get back to you

The Arsenal -1 bet, is resulted correctly as a losing bet. There is always the option to bet the draw on the handicap line. So there is never a refund/push on handicaps on our site. That is the way it is done with European handicaps. You're confusing it with Asian handicaps, which we do not offer. For you to have won your bet Arsenal would have had to have won by 2 or more goals eg. 3-1 or more.

Anderlecht game ended 2-2 and it was 2-0 to Westerlo at half -time. So Anderlecht won the second half.
