What should I help you I dont run the pool nor I have soem system where to rate pools. on pool page under support you have IRC: https://monerohash.com/#supportJoin in and it will lead you to IRC channel that is dedicated to mining. There are different pool operators and different miners. They will most likely be able to tell you if you did something wrong. And since you said this pool support is ignoring your email, that is already strange. People on IRC will also be able to tell to other miners that this pool operator is a possible scammer.

72 hrs until the hard fork which will raise the blocksize from 60kb to 300kb minimum + allow for dynamic blocksize adjustments to work properly. In the meantime, hodl or use high fees. Stay the course! https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/62dyel/psa_users_solominers_exchangesmerchants_and_pool/

Anyone should help if they know the solution. I did so far saw this pattern. Fast help on IRC when I was experimenting with mining was what attracted me to Monero most in 2014. But to get help you also need o show some initiative. Noone can help you if you are only 10% ready to receive help.

You said I needed to add the wallet file, but the directory already had all three wallet files.

The only file you directly use is wallet_name: - wallet_name is your monero wallet. You can have more than one if you want, but I'd stick with one until you've used it a few times.
- wallet_name.address.txt is simply a text file with the monero wallet's address. You can give a copy of it to people if you want them to send you money.
- wallet_name.keys Private keys, password protected.
- wallet_name.unportable I'm not sure but check out https://monero.stackexchange.com/questions/3501/unable-to-import-outputs/3509#3509 In any case, it's ok and supposed to be there. I've had one for awhile.

Is there any significance to the following warning in the monero-wallet-cli log? I'm currently seeing it multiple times there, along with not seeing a seemingly successful transaction that I made earlier actually go out to the network -- but the fact that I made a transaction might just be coincidental to this warning, which is one reason I'm asking. Also, tangential, the word "unconfirmed" is misspelled, lol: Mismatched txids when processing unconfimed txes from pool

Really weird if it's a bug and not some odd reason for the network to reject the transaction. Anyway, it would've required some more in-depth logging of what my wallet was doing (compiling the wallet software with some custom code), so I ended up just doing another transaction. I've since done two transactions from the same set up without issue, so who knows what caused this one to get stuck.

If XMR was sent on an exchange. You should open a support ticket with this information and they should credit it to your account. Exchange got your XMR, but without payment ID they have no ideas to whom it belong.

Does anyone know how to uninstall the latest Monero GUI Beta 2 from Ubuntu? I got it to install and created a wallet, but ran into some daemon problems trying to access that wallet so now I'm trying to start fresh. I'm new to Linux, so take that into some consideration.
