I may have missed the answer to this but have we established that a refund will be given to investors over the 750 btc set cap?

Look I know Dev thats a hard thing to say yeah we are just going to hand back maybe 100 extra btc to investors but Bter has been a little messy and that can't be fully your blame. However its not to much to ask for no matter what happened to Bter math you plan on sticking to the 750 btc cap.

Don't get me wrong the more btc you get the more development you can do with it. As well as the more btc put in the less Crypti we all get making each Crypti worth more. However I can only speak for myself and my partner but we have done all our numbers based on that 750 cap.

Cheers

How will the refunds be processed?
Will they be returned to your account on BTER or you would need to apply for it separately. If so, how will you prove the BTER account belongs to you. (without giving away your password).

Yes, there will be a refund of amounts over 750 BTC based on the order of purchase. At the moment, the policy with BTER is that the sale remains open and participants allowed to seek refunds per the original schedule. We are currently deciding on an option that allows investors to continue to make deposits (buys) with the bonus credit applied based on the time of deposit after the 750 limit is reached. These sales would be treated as a wait list, so if refunds reduce the amount sold below 750 BTC, it would be replaced with investment from the wait list. Any excess deposits over the 750 cap would be refunded in full at the end of the sale, or sooner per the refund policy at the choice of the investor.

We welcome public comment on this option.

I'll defer to another developer on the mechanics of refunds on BTER, though the intent is a simple refund back to the account from which it came.

How many Crypties you get per BTC?

This depends on whether or not we reach the 750 BTC cap (which it is looking like we will).

If so, there is a calculation somewhere that showed I believe the math worked out to around 113,000 (not accounting for bonus %).

The amount of Crypti you get at launch will be equal to the percentage of total funds raised that you contributed. So if we raise 750 BTC, your percentage of the 85,000,000 will be your percentage invested of the 750 BTC.

Sounds alright. There's 65 BTC buy order left. I'd say let's set a cap of 750 BTC - 11 BTC (Maxmint) + 65 BTC (Possible Refunds) = 804 BTC.

As for refunds the easiest and way is just to get funds back to people's Bter accounts.

This is pretty confusing. The Bter sell side has 161 btc and the buy side has 65 btc, same price. Bottom line, is it too late to buy?

Nobody knows. I'd buy. If you're late - you'll be refunded.

Why are there coins on the sell side at the same price -what does that represent?

It means you can refund yourself at any time if you change your mind. Before coins are distributed.
