To be more clear, I've only mentioned it in the light of the repeating community requests for the max cap, as there won't be any sense to keep the pre-sale going if the said max cap is reached. That said, if we do set a max cap and reach it, and the community will prefer to keep the original period going, we will respect it.
Indeed, however the community reaction to this was quite negative at the time. Moreover our escrow partners have additionally urged us to withstand with the originally announced terms, which we also respect. Could you please elaborate on this? How will we proceed now that the cap is reached? Just wait till August 10th and get your Crypti on your Bter account. Bter left buy order opened, so if you want you can refund yourself by selling CRSALE. |

As communicated before, Crypti will be distributed after the pre-sale period is over, and become trade-able on it's own ticker (rather then the current CRSALE used for purchase tokens now). That said, we are using this period to close business partnerships, which will give additional value to Crypti from the start. |

We (the Crypti team) will continue working hard both on Crypti technology and business development, posting here tangible results periodically. Moreover, we will use this period to finalize the Foundation charter and establish the Foundation from Crypti launch team and community members, and finalize the remaining materials (white-paper, ledger, site, etc...). Once the August the 10th arrives, we will officially launch Crypti mainnet, and start distributing the genesis block to buyers. |

Pardon me for speaking frankly，if the ipo reach your object for 750BTCs,what means do the ipo stand by the original terms? let guys buy and be refunded,it is good game? we all konw there is no change to join IPO,but still open the trading?why?
It only possible to refund CRSALE at the moment, otherwise trading on CRSALE purchase tokens themselves will be not possible. |

I guess the only sticky part is the 10 btc on the waiting list... they technically put their btc in now and would be entitled to a 24% bonus but there is no telling which day the return will happen that will let them come off the waiting list... So what % bonus do they get for having thier btc tied up for the next 3 weeks to potentially get them right back if no one returns...
Any purchase that was performed on Bter before the buy option was removed, is considered as finalized CRSALE purchase and will be eligible to the a 24% bonus, in case there are refunds. |

Why did they sell more than 750 BTC if that was the limit? Looks to me they are the ones who screwed up, not the buyers who bought it legitimately. They should fix the problem
We apologize for this issue, as correctly mentioned before there is unfortunately no correlation between Bter and Maxmint channels, hence there was no way to know in advance which channel will reach the cap. We are looking to receive Bter data soon and launch the ledger, to have the questions regarding the future distribution clarified. |

Due to: 1) Having raised it in the past, and having the community react negatively. 2) Having our escrow partners asking us to upkeep the 30 days term stated in original pre-sale terms. UPD: I personally have no problem with keeping the original period going and have an opportunity to refund at any moment. But I guess it'll better to listen what others think.
I agree, and if the community does agree now to close the pre-sale period, and ready to vote for it in a separate thread to indicate there is a majority beyond this decision, then we will be able to raise it to our escrow partners and discuss closing the pre-sale. |

I've got a suggestion. If other investors don't mind how about letting those people over 750 BTC keep their stakes? It's just 761 BTC instead of 750, so not a big difference for majority but we'll have more initial stakeholders and some of them might be helpful.
Although someone still could refund 11 BTC until August 10th and they'll got stakes automatically.
We have to stick to the original terms, however as you correctly said, in case someone refunds his stake, they will get the refunded amount together with the 24% bonus (prioritized by the time of their purchase). |

It was dev responsibility to check the numbers carefully and close the "sell" orders before people were able to buy it. In any case, it's still long 25 days more to go so refunds might fix the problem. If not, dev need to fix the issue. |
