Please keep a proper font size.

As explained previously, this is not Crypti - this is sale token named CRSALE, which will be used for Crypti distribution later.

We will ask Bter to clarify it.

Ok, I want to invest, but please make some thing clear to me, since I don't get a thing from this: https://github.com/crypti/crypti-docs/blob/master/presale.md

There are 100.000.000 coins, only 75.000.000 will be distributed to investors. Lets say that a total of 750 BTC will be raised.
So, in the end, what will happen with all those 750 BTC? are you keeping all of them and the remaining 25% of the coins?

Thanks

1.How much Crypty would be in circulation?

2.You are selling stakes for 5000 BTC? What is the goal?

3.whether crypti can maintain this high value after launch?

hope you can respond to my question

Please see either the thread first post or the pre-sale instructions. The current community distribution is 77%, and it will increase as more funds are raised.

The remaining Crypti % will be managed by Foundation, and be released to the launch team on a vested schedule, and / or as salary (in mix with BTC).

Let us know if you have any other questions, however I will appreciate if you will keep a calm tone.

So, lets say that all 5000 BTC are invested and nobody is investing more than 2%...you will have 5000 BTC in your pocket...
How can I be sure that you will keep developing the coin...because I would not care about the coin anymore with that many BTC, hell, I would not care about working for the rest of my life...

So...

Sorry for that, we tried to make it as clear as possible, however it still might be too technical.

In case 750 BTC are raised, 85% of Crypti will be distributed to the community.
750 BTC and 15% will be managed by Foundation, consisting of launch team and community members.

The foundation will use the BTC funds for ongoing product development, marketing and promotion, managing the funds in transparent account, and publishing a monthly report of expenses.

The foundation also will grant the 15% of Crypti on a vested fashion (a portion every 3 months) over the year since the Crypti launch, against proven results. These 15% Crypti will also be located in a transparent account.

As per 5000, it just an arbitrary number, set to ensure we won't have to create more CRSALE tokens during the sale. What will count in the end, is how many BTC were raised.

Hope it is more clear now.

On another note, we just passed the 100 BTC barrier - thanks to everyone who believe in Crypti!

We going to work our butts off to justify this trust and make Crypti the best crypto-payment option available.

Bter handles the Escrow, and will release them to launch team only after the Crypti are distributed to buyers.

I say contact maxmint and just have him post the details of his escrow service NOW...  since everyone will also be getting the 30% bonus tomorrow it doesn't really make any difference.

Maxmint is very careful keeping what was announced (which we respect), hence he will launch his side at the time as planned.

what is it. it is so high.
bter is the dev?
and are you from china?

Crypti is a new crypto-currency designed from the ground up to solve the biggest problem with other currencies - lack of purchase motivation. Crypti is being built from scratch. It will not rely on any other crypto-currency code.

Crypti uses a combination of proof-of-stake algorithms making it first of a kind.

Crypti is being developed in lightweight Node.JS, and can run on every device out there, including embedded nodes.

Guaranteed Features

  • Custom block-chains, allowing anyone to launch their own chain with custom rules
  • Combination of 3 PoS algorithms:
    • Proof-of-Purchase (purchases done since the last won forged block)
    • Proof-of-Time (node running up-time)
    • Proof-of-Identity (merchant address real-life validation)
  • Ed25519 DSA for increased security.
  • 1 minute block time, pending on the network activity and node uptimes.
  • PoS retargeting on every new block.
  • Password protected wallets that allow recovery from seeds.
  • RESTful API for easy and fast interaction with Crypti nodes.

Beta

The beta will be launched in synch with the pre-sale, in order to let the potential investors to experience Crypti potential. The beta will provide the following features:

  • Test-net block-chain with P2P connectivity
  • Proof of Purchase (PoP) / Proof of Time (PoT) / Proof of Identity (PoI) Forging (only with invites).
  • Web wallet
  • RESTful API
  • Merchant accounts

If you want to be invited in PoS tester group, please, send to me your test passphrase, we will install node for you.

Pre-sale
Because Crypti is a Proof-of-Stake crypto-currency we will rely on an pre-sale for initial distribution of the supply. The total amount of Crypti in existence will be 100 Million. One Crypti will have 8 digits after the decimal point.

The pre-sale will start on July 11th, 00:00 UTC.

The pre-sale will last 30 days and we will accept Bitcoin (BTC address and Bter.com). In order to encourage people not to wait until the last day to buy, a structure rewarding early adopters will be used.

A bonus of 30% increase in stake will be awarded at the beginning of the pre-sale. This will be continuously reduced at a rate of 1% per day over the course of the sale to a final 0% bonus at the end of the sale.

Please note that after the pre-sale is finished it might be possible that the project is not yet ready for release. We are aiming to provide a public beta before the start of the pre-sale.

The source code of the complete project and following updates will be provided in quarterly releases. This will protect buyers against early clones.

The pre-sale will end on August 10th, 00:00 UTC.

Pre-Sale instructions

https://github.com/crypti/crypti-docs/blob/master/presale.md

Escrow

  • Bter.com will do the escrow through their exchange platform (for 0% fee to be deducted from the transfer). Refunds will be possible. Withdrawal will be 1% + 1 Crypti
  • Maxmint will provide the escrow for direct transactions (for a 1% fee to be deducted from the transfer). Minimum amount will be 0.01 BTC

Pre-sale funds usage

The raised funds will be set aside for the post-launch development of Crypti. It will be kept in a public account so all transactions could be monitored. It will cover the following:
  • Ongoing R&D of new capabilities and features
  • Marketing / Exposure
  • Refinement of the Wallet, Website, & Exchange
  • Bounties & Gifts to support the community
  • Other post-launch related expansion as necessary

Pre-sale cap

In order to ensure fair and equal distribution, each buyer will be limited to a 2% maximum of the total funds raised. Any buyer who buys more than 2% will be refunded the excess funds over the 2% limit.

Crypti allocation

  • 75% of the genesis block will be allocated to the pre-sale auction and will be sold to the community.
  • 15% of the genesis block will be allocated to the initial buyer, the creator and lead developer of the project, and the Crypti team, to ensure post-launch development of Crypti. These Crypti amounts will be released on a vested schedule, and kept in a public account so all transactions can be monitored.
  • 0 - 10% (sliding scale, see below) of the genesis block will be allocated as a part of ongoing payment to the Crypti development team. These Crypti amounts (if any remain) will be released as a development funding mixed with the raised BTC, in ratio that the Foundation will decide upon.

Launch team vesting

The Crypti team allocation will be time-vested according to time-blocks, with release points every 3 months, in coordination with code releases. The vesting will be spread over one year. Each payout will be approved by the Crypti foundation.

Development Funds / Initial Distribution

The Crypti team 0-10% sliding scale will be adjusted based on the amount of BTC raised in the pre-sale, lowering by 1% for every 50 BTC raised in the pre-sale, e.g.:

  • 0 BTC = 10%
  • 50 BTC = 9%
  • 100 BTC = 8%
  • 150 BTC = 7%
  • 200 BTC = 6%
  • 250 BTC = 5%
  • 300 BTC = 4%
  • 350 BTC = 3%
  • 400 BTC = 2%
  • 450 BTC = 1%
  • 500 BTC = 0%

Any percentage not allocated to the Crypti team will be distributed among the genesis block buyers.

The 1% Transaction Fee

The 1% transaction fee will be reduced by 25% every time the transaction volume doubles.

Team

The team consists from experienced developers, designers and investors well versed in the crypto world.

Team members are:

  • Boris Povod (creator, nodejs developer).
  • A.M. investor.
  • Vladimir Gorshunov (nodejs developer, frontend, sdk).
  • Anton Evsigneev (designer).
  • Vyacheslav Gusev (designer)

@SyRenity

You must add a checksum to the Crypti address. Don't make same error as NXT (they added new address format with Reed-Solomon error-correction later). Some users sended their money to incorrect address because typing error.

Quote
Several of the characters inside a Bitcoin address are used as a checksum so that typographical errors can be automatically found and rejected. The checksum also allows Bitcoin software to confirm that a 33-character (or shorter) address is in fact valid and isn't simply an address with a missing character.

Quote
The default format for Nxt account numbers is a completely numeric 64-bit identifier that is derived from the account's private key. Early adopters of Nxt complained that this format was error-prone, since there were numerous instances where a single mistyped character resulted in transactions being unintentionally sent to the wrong account.

Reed-Solomon error-correction codes addresses this issue by adding redundancy to addresses. Other options were explored (MD5 hashes, checksum digits, etc.) but a Reed-Solomon format was chosen because:

    the account collision rate is the same as the default address format;
    the system's basic error correction can be used to assist users in typing addresses;
some programming languages do not have a native MD5 hashing function, and the Reed-Solomon implementation is simpler than MD5.
