Any thought as to how you will display the investors on the ledger?
Bter username? or do you have another idea? also will you be adding up all the same users multiple buy orders as a total? I guess Maxmint could just use the senders btc address to ID them on the list...
We asked Bter to provide API with functional where we can get some user id, not username, because username is private information.

We indeed going to summarize all the buys and sells per particular account (hence why we need the API extension from Bter). As per allowing everyone to identify their own account, we looking for Bter to provide some unique, however still recognize-able (for the owner) account id, which we will present partially obscured.

So is IPO still available through maxmint? Or the whole IPO is over?

It seems that you can still send btc to put yourself on the waiting list at Maxmint in case someone sell their tokens back and cancel their participation.

Indeed, sell orders are gone. A surprising 61 btc buy order is still there though, funny. Smiley
And what would happen if I send some BTC to maxminte escrow address?

As per 2nd post update (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=654463.msg7344577#msg7344577), your transaction will be used to purchase a stake, in case of refunds on Bter.
The transaction time in blockchain will be used to calculate the bonus and the priority (with other Maxmint and Bter purchases).

Hey guys not sure if this has been covered yet but seeing how Crypti will i'm sure hit a pretty good price soon after launch. Have we come up with an 8th decimal place term yet? Like Bitcoin and the satochi?

0.00000001 Crypti = ?

are we going micro? it just seems micro is so boring...

So...  is it obvious yet that you should have listened to me saying NOT to place a cap?

Maidsafe and Fimk investors probably now want just one thing - go out without loss and forget about it )

Crypti investors are happy long term investors, hodling and waiting for the moon.

Sorry for using a bigger font

To all those who are confused about the IPO -

Maximum cap of 750 BTC has been reached which means IPO is OVER

You can still send BTC to Maxmint and be on the waiting list in case someone sells his stake back for a refund. (Bter will enable CRSALE again in case of refunds)

MaidSafe is still alive and kicking from what I've read. It's due for release sometime later this year.

For people who are suggesting "bending the rules" a bit: Of course the terms of the sale need to be honored, including the 750 BTC limit, and probably also the cutoff date. People have invested a huge amount of money according to some set terms, you can't just change them on a whim and make them up as you go. Doing something like that would hurt the credibility of the whole coin. If figures aren't exact and 750 BTC could become 760 BTC, what about other figures in the project? Could the maximum supply of Crypti suddenly become 105M instead of 100M as well?

Sorry if anyone feels like they were "left out". This was the first IPO I was part of, so I have been "left out" of hundreds before (and will be "left out" of hundreds in the future). The world of Crypto is a wonderful place, and there is a new opportunity just around the corner.

Also, it is not set in stone that the IPO investors will make a profit. There is Risk too (not just Reward). A coin based on new source is much more risky than a clone based on a proven/tested source.

Will do small programming tasks cheaply in exchange for BTC. Check out my thread or PM me!

We are very happy with what Crypti has raised Smiley. With an efficient and lean Foundation, these funds can propel Crypti to become the leading eCommerce crypto out there.

Just a slight correction, you can send funds at the moment to Maxmint (Bter will enable CRSALE again in case of refunds).

Corrected, thanks

The solution to the over investment in the presale is simple:

1) divide the 85 million CRYPTI coins among the 750 shares as agreed in the OP.  This will then result in approx 113,000 coins per share.

2) the extra 10 shares purchased over the 750 cap, and not resold or a refund requested before the launch by the investor will be purchased at the price of 113,000 coins per share by the remaining 15 million coins held by the devs.

Can I ask devs how and when some of the 750BTC that they got will be used for Crypti promotion/marketing? Will it include some TV or Radio or just youtube commercial?

Or, Add the extra BTC as BTER BUY orders for coin launch in order received if purchasers wish. That way they will not lose their place in line and will be first in line for  buy orders at initial price.

Currently the focus of our development team is getting the mainnet, node, and custom blockchain functionality ready asap. For the rest of us, we are hard at work finalizing details of the actual launch and I am working hard to draft a consensus Foundation charter that we can use to drive Crypti towards the future. I have a 2nd draft that is a revision of the structure from the first one and I am really excited about it but we are still hashing out a few items.

As far as Marketing, Promotion, and what we have planned for post-launch, we really can't declare a whole lot yet. We want to get the Foundation in place, get the community members nominated and voted into place, and then allow the Board of Directors to vote on expenditures. We want this to be a community driven project as much as any out there and the elected community members will have as much of a say on the Board as we do.

Bottom line, we didn't want to launch and then immediately start blowing money left and right counter to what we have been saying all along about the Foundation. We believe in the future of Crypti and we have a long term approach to our development timeline and growth. That means we will need to smartly manage our spending to ensure we meet our development goals. Let me be clear on this, our main goal is to continue to develop, build, and explore services, applications, and features of the Crypti Network and Protocol that will grow our community and bring more market demand and life to the Crypti Network. We have a ton of really strong development goals that I know everyone will be excited about.

I STRONGLY believe that when the community starts to hear our ideas, see the progress being made, and witness the growth of Crypti, we won't need to market. Crypti will market itself.

Our goal isn't to be just another Altcoin.

Our goal isn't to be the 10th best Altcoin.

We understand dethroning Bitcoin is an almost insurmountable goal (so we won't start that discussion for another year or so.)  Wink

But if we aren't in the discussion for top 2 or 3 Crypto Currencies 12 months from now, we will be horribly disappointed.
